Great hotel
Highly recommend.

Great location for old town.

One of the best hotel breakfasts ever, the variety and standard is amazing. There also seems to be a lot of options for vegans and those with dietary requirements.

most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

One complaint about the room was that there were no plugs near any mirrors. So it was impossible to dry /style your hair. And like many Sofitel hotels, even with all the lights on the room in still dark.

The only other negative, which isn’t a biggie, was the room service menu was very limited, it’s ok if you only order from it once but not great if you’re staying all week and don’t want to eat in the hotel restaurant/ go out.

Fantastic Hotel
I stayed here for 2 nights in a twin room with a group of 15.
The hotel was perfect, I can't fault it at all.
Rooms were very clean and modern. Bathroom large and spotless.
The buffet breakfast was great with a huge choice of food and excellent cappuccino and coffee. The decor is clean and modern.
Perfect location with bars and restaurants a short walk.
The bed was the comfiest I have ever slept on.
Shame I didn't get to use the spa as some of our friends did and said it was lovely.

Big hotel, badly thought out rooms
This is a big hotel that has been refurbished with a design by people who don't stay in hotels.
The rooms are clearly not 4 star as they have en suite shower rooms, no baths, and my en suite was way tooo hot with no temperature control.
There is a desk in the room but with no plug for a laptop, so impossible to work!
I asked for non-feather bedding, but the pillows were feather, the mattress had a feather topper and the pillows....yes feather
So i had to clear these from the bed and open the noisy window
Breakfast offered a good selection but the staff were so unfriendly/helpful
Reception staff did't care about guests at all. Check out was simply OK, nothing more to pay
There are so many better hotels in Warsaw, i won't be back

Happy holiday & service excellence
My wife and I visited Warsaw for a short weekend break. Booked Sofitel based on past stays and experience. This stay built upon our past experience with the top class guest relations team including Margaret and Joanna. We were looked after very well and left with pleasant and relaxed experience. The breakfast is of great quality with wide choices (incl. vegetarian), staff were very proactive and professional. Spa and pool is very well maintained. The sauna for male guests wasn’t functioning during our stay, but that was communicated at the time of check-in. Two pieces of improvement points - (a) consider installing a dryer in the pool area for swimming clothes. (b) felt a tiny bit hot in room even whilst I had kept the temp at a minimum. Lastly the cherry on the cake were two kind gestures, a complimentary upgrade and a surprise awaiting us in the room as new parents to-be. Highly recommend this property and will definitely visit again. Keep up the great service !

Very large, very comfortable, very well located
Excellent hotel in a great location overlooking one of the main squares and near the Old Town and other attractions.
It's quite a large hotel and breakfast can be a bit of a battle if you're there at peak time. If there's no queue for the egg station then jump in quick. The offerings are extensive but nothing out of the ordinary - choice of milks, including soy, yoghurts, lots of pastries and bread, selection of cereals and hot food plus eggs, pancakes, waffles. Some fruit but not a vast selection.
Rooms are large and comfortable, even standard sizes. I found the temperature setting very warm and nothing I could do would bring it down. Although there was no desk in the room, even though there is plenty of room for one.
The bed was also way too soft for me - it's like sleeping on marshmallows. I know Sofitel has a thing to customise your bed but when I turn up late after a long journey am I going to call housekeeping and ask them to make my bed normal.
The bar and lounge is a good place to relax and work during the day if you need to. The brasserie restaurant has good food but is hard work - they've gone all modern with descriptions like Cod / Leek / Corn or Blackberry / Apple / Honey . Umm yeah, a little more description would be helpful - the poor restaurant staff must be sick of explaining everything 100 times a night.
There's a really lovely indoor heated pool downstairs and they offer various treatments plus a sauna. The gym is adequate but nothing special and I think it would feel crowded pretty quickly - couple of treadmills, cross trainers and bikes, only a couple of weight machines and a selection of barbells. There are no free weights or kettle bells.
Overall not bad, good value if you can get a good rate.

Birthday surprise
Firstly thank you for such an amazing stay. This was a birthday trip for my fiance and what a lovely surprise to walk into our gorgeous room and there was cake and a birthday message, ig really made his evening. The staff are a credit to your hotel, from reception to the housekeepers, everyone always greeted us with a hello and a smile. This goes a long way in my eyes. The room itself was so comfortable and the bed, well let's just say if we could have taken that mattress home with us we would Haha best night's sleep ever. The room was so clean and big for it being the classic room. We also couldn't believe when we got an evening turn down service. Never had that before. We also opted for breakfast, a very good selection and very filling for the day ahead. Again your front of house and wait staff all excellent and very pleasant. We had a wonderful stay and have said that when we ever come back to Warsaw it is our first choice. Close to old town and the new town. Cannot fault anything.

Wonderful stylish hotel!
I stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip.. I arrived early, and assuming I couldn't check-in.. but the wonderful young guy at reception.. said it was fine.. but also upgraded me to the top floor with a wonderful view of Warsaw..

I worked in the hotel bar area.. and was warmly served and looked after by the team.. both with dining and drinks options.

Lastly, the room was of a very high order.. and I had a pleasant surprise when I was guest of the day.. and had a nice poem on my bed..

Unfortunately didn't get to use the pool.. but will for sure come and stay here next time..

Amazing Hotel with Great Service
The hotel was excellent. The room was warm and the bed super comfortable. The location was perfect. I was with a group of international students and we were very close to many historical sites. The breakfast was also wonderful with more choices than we had time to try. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The staff also went above and beyond to help us with any questions or support we needed. Thank you so much for making our stay such a pleasure!

The experience at the Sofitel Victoria is the best that has happened to me so far. I have never seen a staff so dedicated that our stay was great in a hotel.

Wspaniały pobyt rodzinny sylwestrowo-noworoczny. Dzieci zostały powitane misiami oraz kosmetykami w tematyce Małego Księcia, co sprawiło im ogromną radość. Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie (nawet najbardziej wybredny). Podczas śniadań akurat organizowane były świetne animacje dla dzieci więc mogliśmy zjeść w spokoju. Piękny basen z ciepłą wodą to wymarzony sposób na spędzenie zimnego popołudnia. Jeśli dodamy do tego przestronne pokoje, ekstremalnie wygodne łóżka i bardzo pomocną obsługę to otrzymamy 5* plus :) Serdecznie polecamy!

I loved my stay at this hotel, from beginning to end.
I was welcomed very nicely and received my welcome drink as a Silver ALL member. I also received a free upgrade to a superior room, which is not usually given to Silver members.
The room was very comfortable and warm, with a large window that can be opened.
The breakfast had an amazing selection of foods for all tastes and was served in a very nice atmosphere.
In the end, I was also granted a late check out, according with my ALL status.
I can strongly recommend this hotel for all visitors to Warsaw!

Stayed here for 8 nights for business visit, was a wonderful hotel and received a Junior Suite upgrade as part of the Accor Gold program.
Welcome drinks include cocktails and staff was very kind, and housekeeping on point. Would certainly come back in the future. Thank you.

Loved our stay here!!!The room is cozy, tasteful decor and a very comfortable & cozy bed and bedding that ensure a good night sleep after a tiring day of exploring the many nearby museums. Very centrally located. Just across is the monument of the unknown soldiers.
The hotel has a gym, pool and spa which we did not utilize.
The breakfast provided is sumptuous and filling!!!
The staff are friendly and always smiling. We came during the days before Christmas so we got treated with delicious hot chocolate and ginger bread cookie on the house. All together a really beautiful hotel. Would definitely stay here again if we came to Poland again.

The Sofitel seems to be an elderly hotel, but the rooms and other parts of the building seemed to be renovated. I stayed there for one night. Staff was friendly upon check in. The room itself was nicely designed and the bathroom was spacious. I especially liked the comfortable bed linens. But there’s even a point to complain about and this is concerning the AC, which I was not able to adjust to a tolerable temperature, for whatever reason. During my stay the temperature was far too high, especially at nighttime. But all in all I enjoyed the short stay at the Sofitel and I would return in the future.
