Lovely building
Excellent spacious public rooms. Wonderful breakfast and lovely terrace which must be a joy in the summer. Our room was a good size and quiet as it looked out over the back of the hotel. Beds left much to be desired a large dip in the middle. Very good bathroom and the fastest filling bath known to man, plenty of products. Bar staff very, very slow and good at not making eye contact. Bar and bar food very expensive. Hopeless concierge, sent us to two closed restaurants and wrote out the itinerary incorrectly. Not the best Four Seasons.

Nice stay
We stayed here before New Years Day. Perfectly fine stay. It is a little on the old side which is why I didn't give it five stars; like most hotels in Europe so nothing to complain about too much. The gym is exquisite and one of the better ones I've seen. Not used to seeing gyms like this in Europe so bonus points for that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It's just a bit on the dated side but otherwise have nothing to complain about.

Nice staff, unimpressive accomodations
The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The bar restaurant had very nice food and the sushi was excellent. The room itself, was incredibly dated and the bathroom felt like it belonged in a hospital or other institution. This is DEFINITELY not what I expect from Four Seasons and I've stayed at Four Seasons all over the world. The rooms need a MAJOR overhaul. The rates are quite high and definitely not in line with the room quality. That said, the location is nice and, as I said, the staff is pleasant.

I want to live here
So the cab driver who brought me to the hotel told me on the way that this is a bourgeois hotel. And that not just anybody stays here. It is the #1 in Lisbon. I walk into the lobby.. and it was nothing extraordinary. Rooms neither. But you know what, from the carpet to the ceiling, EVERYTHING is fine. EVERYTHING works the way it should. This hotel gives you peace, comfort, dignity.. The "L'Occitane en Provenance" products in the rest room came home with me. I actually did a Facebook post about this place. The place is GREAT: From the doorman on arrival to the purser on departure. Please can someone take me there again? Please!!!!

Excellent Experience
I can only offer praise for all services received by myself and my family in this beautiful hotel. Excellent restaurants and personnel. Our stay was short but I hope to return for a longer period to explore the beauty and history of Lisbon. The hotel concierge arranged for a private limo & driver and made excellent suggestions for what we should see. The driver he selected was outstanding in every way, knowledgeable, great personality, a genuine gentleman. His name was Nuno Vieira. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Ritz Lisbon, it would be difficult to find fault.

Unforgettable service at our marriage eve and honeymoon
My and my wife were at Ritz 2 nights: the day before our marriage and for the honeymoon night.Staff and all conditions were outstanding, and truly helped! We were at Ritz 2 nights, 1 of which with our 1year baby. Attention given to safety and fun of our baby was great!

Highly Recommend
The expectations one might have of a Four Seasons hotel will be met by this property. The rooms are spacious by any standard, let alone European standards. The bathrooms are well appointed and large, with double sinks. Views & balconies from both sides of hotel provide a view onto the city. And their location was fantastic.

The onsite dining didn’t disappoint, and their morning breakfast, including the service, was fantastic.

The fitness center on the roof was an awesome use of space and provided 360 degree views to be enjoyed by all guests. Their indoor pool, spa & locker facilities were equally impressive.

Whenever I visit Lisbon in the future, rest assured the Four Seasons Hotel is where I’ll stay.

Thank you to the hotel staff and management for a well run hotel, where I felt welcome, comfortable and completely satisfied.

A five star hotel
My husband and I loved our short stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Lisbon. This is not a charming hotel but a large luxurious hotel withing walking distance from some tourist sights. It is located away from the hubbub but that makes for a quieter stay. everything was perfect as to be expected in a five star hotel. The staff was great with an attitude of " How can I help you>" If you can afford a stay here - go for it!

This was our first trip to Portugal and my wife and I felt so spoiled by the staff at the Four Seasons! This place is 5 stars and all of the staff did such a splendid job of making our stay memorable! Our room was modern with a fantastic view! We had a tasting experience at their restaurant Cura that will always be remembered and if you are staying here you must try it! The hotel arranged a tour of Sintra and a palace that was beautiful and we had such an amazing time with our driver and friend Miguel! Everyone we met here was Top Notch and all the gifts were appreciated! We can’t thank you enough! Until next time…

Stayed in a renovated room on the 4th floor that was gorgeous. Wall coverings, furniture, bath were all the best. Booked a park view deluxe room that had a great deck, and good view of the adjacent park.

Common areas are beautiful. Room was really spacious and bed was sublime.

Checked out the gym and track on the top floor—wonderful! Unfortunately not enough time to use, but terrific facilties, as is the pool. Great location in the more modern area of Lisbon. This is definitely worth the splurge.

I’ll give this five stars because the service, overall, was worthy of a Four Seasons. There were lapses, at times, but explainable. While minor, what saved this review was the bed we slept on. It was, and I quote from my wife, “the most restful experience I’ve ever had.” Their attention to detail is exquisite, and we look forward to returning.

Enjoyed afternoon tea with elegant setting and excellent service. The salmon and chocolate cookie were delicious. The stars of meal were the pastries. The flavors really stand out from what you expect from afternoon tea.  From the multitude of tropical flavors and textures in the panna cotta to cassis in the fruit tart. Loved it. The Portuguese tea was a great palate reset.

The hotel is unassuming from the outside, typical of a Four Seasons, yet step inside and you'll be taken away by the Portuguese art collection along the halls and lounge and attentive service throughout the hotel.
Rooms are decently sized and has nice open views of the downtown area. Staff were courteous and friendly all the way from the entrance through to the rooms. Breakfast buffet is a must, with an elegant spread of pastries, local breakfast, and salads with five-star service.

Four Seasons Ritz Lisbon is just outstanding and luxurious . We stayed 2 nights in a room with a balcony.
Check-in and check-out is smooth and fast, the rooms and the public areas very nicely designed and super clean. The Cura restaurant was super delicious, totally recommended. It’s a Michelin star restaurant with amazing touch of seasonal fresh local food with sophisticated touch. I was amazed by food and wines.
As per covid we had our breakfast in the room. It was fantastic. Perfect service and fresh delicious food.
Location is perfect (few steps from Avenida Libertade) and the building is fantastic old building carefully refurbished to become Four Seasons.
Hotel has amazing marble lobby and spa is marvellous. Inside hotel you will find an amazing collection of art .
Room was very spacious and our marble bathroom was magical. Great bed for a comfortable sleep.
I don’t need to mention their service was excellent, so helpful and their WhatsApp service feels like your personal butter
Definitely will go back and as well to try Veranda restaurant as per covid was closed.
