Corrib House Tea Rooms & Guest Accommodation

Beautiful Georgian Guest House right on the banks of the Corrib in the centre of Galway City. Four double bed rooms en suite...great shower. The breakfast was exceptional and there is an outside courtyard for the public not staying in the Corrib...breakfast and afternoon teas with amazing cakes etc. On both days of my stay there was a queue for the courtyard from 10am throughout the day. We'll worth a visit. Exceptional very helpful staff. This place is quiet with only an eight person max occupancy and is very comfortable. Best parking is across the bridge just beside the Cathedral car park, it is for the day till 8.30 the following morning and costs €5 whether you stay 20 minutes or the full day. Parking outside the Corrib Guest House is €2 an hour.

One of the best breakfast in Galway. I highly recommend it, the French brioche was amazing, the coffee is just so so good, the place is so clean and beautiful view as well. I will definitely come back when I’ll visit Galway again. My friend had egg Benedict and she said it was delicious.

Beautiful decor and views. The food was delicious, we had the goat cheese salad and quiche which had the right size portions for the price. The sticky toffee pudding was delicious. The staff however made us feel rushed to leave.

From the minute we arrived we were treated like royalty, nothing was too much trouble. The room was traditionally decorated to reflect the period charm of the house, everything provided in the room was the highest quality. Staff were so helpful and polite and the breakfast was exceptional. 5 stars is not enough for this fantastic property.
