I loved this hostel. Right by train station, great facilities, super friendly staffs. I’ve stayed in 12 people dorm room but it was large room with so much space that it didn’t feel like there were 12 people there. The ceiling are really high, so I felt fresher than other hostels. Washroom and showers are very clean and was cleaned regularly. Dyson hairdryer is there, but bit weird if you put in high temperature for awhile so I’ve used it in lower temperature (then it worked fine) Breakfast is on top floor and it was great. They say the breakfast is at 9-11 but I’ve ate around 8ish too. I was at top floor so didn’t hear much of train noise. But since it is right at the station, city sound will be always in distance. Strongly recommend for anyone travelling Porto.

Great and clean hostel. The baths and toilets are super clean and modern. The bunk beds have individual lightning, privacy curtains, outlets and fans. The employees are super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is amazing. The shared space on the third floor is super cozy and beautiful. I van definitely recommend it!

Excellent location, walking distance from interest points, regional trains and metro. Impressively beautiful building. Spacious rooms, huge lockers (enough for 2 big backpack) with great automatic closing systems. Comfortable bed. Clean. No noise from the train station during the night! Not very elaborate breakfast, and far from a healthy diet. It would be easy and cheap to surprise the guests on this aspect (say any other type of bread than white one, any fruit other than apples especially in the summer when there's plenty of it) or simply leave the choice of no breakfast included, since it's not something to be proud of. Note on how an unfriendly and unhelpful staff member can ruin an otherwise great experience: Girl at reception the morning of 2/06/22 did nothing to facilitate my booking. I showed up at the hostel asking for a bed, since I had troubles booking online. She said there were no free places to pay on the spot, nor on apps without even checking on a pc or anywhere. I had to ask a stranger on the street to let me use the app, there were actually plenty of free beds and I managed to have one. Trying to host as many customers as possible it's usually good for business. Liking interactions with people and trying to accommodate them should be a default trait of someone working in a hostel.

One of the cleanest hostels that I’ve stayed at. I felt very comfortable. I even tried extending my stay but it was completely booked. I came around the Easter holiday so it was busy! I stayed in a 10 dorm room. The ceilings are very high and the room is spacious. The bed area was large and so clean. There’s a fan, light, and a curtain for privacy. Each bed has its own locker, and it is huge! I love that we are given bracelets to open the door and the locker, so you don’t need your own. I am NOT a light sleeper, so I didn’t hear any noise at night. I also wake up early, and i can hear the construction that’s right outside the window and the noise from the train station. I can see that bothering people who are light sleepers. The bathrooms are separated by gender. There’s also a separate room for women’s toilet and women’s shower. It is so clean and also spacious. There’s a kitchen and large hangout space on the third floor; however, i didn’t see many people up there. The free breakfast consisted of bread, lunch meat, cheese, cereal and yogurt. Very basic but nothing to complain about because it’s free. Not a very social hostel though. People were in their own world. Location is very convenient. Tons of restaurants and bars nearby. I did the walking tour and wine tour that was available at the reception area.
