Hotel Mědínek

Lovely little hotel on the square. Our room was comfortable and a good size. Big plus was the separate toilet. Yay! Bath/shower was a bit tricky... not an easy in/out, however, we managed. Breakfast was the usual continental buffet with lots of lovely cheeses, cold meats, breads, donuts, scrambled eggs and hot dog sausages. Not my thing, but other guests enjoyed them. Parking was available and being in the center of the city was great. Kutna Hora is beautiful and worth visiting! Wear comfortable shoes, people. Walking is unavoidable.

Situated exactly at the centre of this historic town, nice restaurent n decent rooms considering the size of the town. I visited in summers when the rooms used to become very hot in the late afternoon/evening and remember keeping the windows open until dark. All historic/scenic places are walkable from here, not to mention that you can cover them walking anyway.

I will absolutely stay at this hotel again! It's was perfect, but if I'm being realy (which I'm usually not) the only thing that bothered me was that there weren't any fans in the WC/shower, and there wasn't a shower curtain. That made it super steamy, hot, and humid on an already 90/30 degree day. BUT, the service was amazing, breakfast was great, beds were comfy, free and good WiFi, and the location is unbeatable. Richard checked us in and out, and was extremely helpful with recommendations and bus help!

This was a great value stay. Located in the old downtown core, we got a clean, spacious room with lots of space for the provided crib and another bed for our toddler. The included breakfast was also very good.
