Park Hotel Schoenbrunn

Great but better view and included parking would have been phenomenal.
Liked - Looks great inside the room and bathroom and is very clean with nice staff. Definitely a comfortable stay. Great location as well near public transport and Schönnbrunn Palace.
Disliked - Our view was pretty disappointing but that is because of the room we booked… but still would’ve hoped for something other than a view of the roof. Parking was not free but still not too expensive.

Apart from the room service, it was great.
Liked - The hotel room was spacious and it’s 5 min walking distance to the underground.
Disliked - The receptionist didn’t inform us that we can refill water from the lobby, only found out the last day when we supposed to check out. The room service wasn’t that good, cleaner just left tissue box on the table and expect us to change ourself. The second day we didn’t ask for room service because there’s no point since it wasn’t that clean at all.

Liked - The room was huge. Breakfast was good. The hotel by itself is cool, classic design.
Disliked - I asked for a room with balcony, so it means i want to use the balcony. When i get there, i had a filthy balcony, with layers of dust on the table and chairs, and the floor was full of leaves, probably from the last autumn because the trees around were completely naked.

Liked - Very close to public transportation, location was right next to Schönbrunn Palace. The staff was amazing there though, helped with services to the airports and just in general were very kind.
Disliked - Our room was nice but the view was very lackluster considering we were next to the palace, however we werent opting for any crazy rooms so i guess expected.
