Let me take this opportunity to thank you for the weekly stay in your hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of the hotel, especially the hotel staff, who always looked nice and pleasant, from the first call to the reception of Mrs. Monica, whose kind voice let us know in advance, we will be fine here. And it was so all the time, the ladies at breakfast and dinner smiled pleasantly, communicated nicely and devoted themselves to all the guests as time allows. Everything was in perfect order, a large selection of different dishes, mostly very tasty. In addition to the receptionists, who always kindly greeted and waved a nice smile on each of our walks around, put out sheets in the sauna, served us in the bar with a smile and patiently scheduled dates of activities with us a huge thank you and admiration for girls on procedures, agility, clear instructions, kind smiles, keeping the times, everything pleasantly accurate, clear, relaxed, running smoothly. The human approach and the absorbed atmosphere from the hotel then accompanied us in our outdoor activities and we were happy to return to your hotel back, to the welcoming lair, an oasis of peace and quiet. Thank you very much for succeeding in leading your employees to such performances, because I will definitely talk about the Tchaikovsky Hotel often and only in superlatives everywhere, and I believe that my recommendation will bring more clients to your cozy rooms at this difficult time of life. You have selected excellent employees and we believe that you will manage the situation and survive. I would definitely recommend more marketing around your activities. Many people around me don't even know that they can go to a state-subsidized spa and spend it with you. Don't be afraid to praise, you are absolutely great!

All the staff very nice, I lost the massage ring and the receptionist was so kind that even after working hours she went to look for him and thank God we found him. I am very obliged to her. This hotel I recommend was all the culprit.

Holidays in Karlovy Vary were very successful, thanks to the Tchaikovsky Hotel. Beautiful, clean, spacious room with a separate bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. Large selection of food, friendly service both in the dining room and at the reception, we also recommended walks around, where we find parking for the whole week/we knew that parking spaces at the hotel are occupied before arrival. The nurses at the procedures were pleasant. I would just welcome nice music to relax.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. The hotel provides excellent service, very friendly interiors, wonderful views of the city from the rooms and last but not least I must mention the very kind and helpful hotel staff.
