Stylish hotel in lovely location
I really liked this hotel. Aside from the fact that it's good value for money, it simply ticks all the boxes in terms of service, size of the rooms, etc.

As soon as I checked in, I got an upgrade. I never know whether this is true or not but it always feels good. So they had me at, 'Good evening,' basically. I am sucker for these things.

As mentioned, the rooms are good size and there are plenty of amenities like a good-quality coffee machine (!) and kitchenette. I didn't try the breakfast but I bet it was good.

The location is great. It's at a stone's throw from all the places where you need to be, food-wise, going-out-wise, etc.

I will definitely go back!

Style and luxury in Warsaw
I really enjoyed my stay from the minute I walked in. I was greeted with warmth and found myself in a fabulous room on the 5th floor complete with balcony and views over the city. The luxurious choices include pillow type and fragrance of the Occitane bath products. I travel a lot and to see a lint brush included in the closet next to the laundry bag and shoe shine was a total first!

H15 is centrally located and I was able to get to my business meetings with ease and there’s plenty of choice of relaxed restaurants within walking distance.

I am looking forward to stay here again.

Charming hotel either for private vacation or for business trip
Very nice hotel with the best location if you do not want to be in the crossroads. Not too big older building hotel, well renovated, had spacious room for two, coffee machine (pads) in the room... Loved the breakfast table with fresh carrot and beetroot juices and nice people always asking what kind of eggs i prefer for the breakfast. The restaurant was great, had got Michelin stars in 2017. Minuses? The bar was closed at 11PM already. But there are lots of drinking/snacking places around. And- the food in Warsaw was really good.

Absolutely stunning Hotel
When you walk through the entrance you feel like walking into a castle. Its an awesome hotel - with wonderful designed rooms!
The bathroom is huge and also the products are great.
Around the hotel you can find many bars and dinning spots - also the staff is super friendly and is happy to give advice where to go.
The gym is perfect.I was able to do my full workout. Also water was provided there.
Can't wait to come back.

Overall a good stay - some minor things to work on
Overall the stay was good. The property is nice, clean, and updated, and a bit eclectic. The rooms are well done, spacious, comfortable, and also very updated. The service was very friendly and good, and breakfast, which was included for us, was very good as well. A couple minor points - first, when we asked for good local restaurants for lunch, and then later for dinner, all they could come up with was the food court down the street. Even when pressed, that's all they had to offer. Also, a very minor point, but would like more breakfast seating. That said, the value for what we paid versus what we got was very high, and we would definitely stay here again.

Modern, hip Warsaw
If you haven’t been to Krakow, and want to be near the old town, this isn’t the place for you as it’s a bit of a hike to that location.

If you want more of a city and less touristy vibe, this is the spot. Surrounded by great restaurants- all within walking distance. Late night Optons. This location is great to see how the new Warsaw is thriving.

The hotel itself is very nice. It’s a condo-hotel and the rooms have small kitchenettes. We had a suite and it was spacious - but no bathtub.

If you have been to a condo-hotel in Las Vegas or Miami, the rooms have that feel.

We preferred this vibe to the old town, but only after we had done our time there.

Great location and hotel.

Quiet rooms but hotel has service issues
This boutique hotel is close to the central railway stations and a plethora of restaurants and cafes. It in a more "local" setting than the old city yet easily accessible. Rooms are crisply modern and well appointed with nespresso and kitchenette. I loved the quietness - the layout is in pods: only 2 rooms per pod/floor.

I stayed her last year and felt the service has slipped. E.g. There was a broken pipe on the street that cut off the water. I didn’t know this when I returned to my room and used the water at 3pm. I called reception and they told me. The big surprise—and this would be unacceptable in most hotels of this quality/price—was when I returned at 1030pm there was still no water. Management had 7 hours to slip a typewritten note under the door explaining the situation to their guests, and to leave them drinking or washing water and instructions for the toilet. Nope. Nothing.
When I called reception, I was told the problem wouldn’t be fixed until workmen returned after 4am the next day.
Really good hotels/businesses know that how they deal with problems is more important than the problem itself.

Beautiful hotel in nice area of downtown

Upon arrival we were greeted by attentive receptionists who checked us in right away and gave us a recommendation for a restaurant across the street for dinner. The following day, my daughter was not feeling well so Anna at front desk told me the best option to take care of her medical problem. It so happens my daughter had bronchitis so the doctor prescribed antibiotics. Needless to say, I am very thankful to Anna!
As well, the night receptionist (David) helped me with my train reservation to Krakow, I had not realized that one of the stations in the city was further from old town, the area I was interested in visiting. He also printed the tickets for me, thank you David!
Regarding the room, it is beautiful, toiletries are L’Occitane, although the the second day we got Azzaro toiletries. Towels are nice and big, the closet is the biggest I have ever experienced in a hotel room! The room also has a Nespresso machine and complementary bottles of water every day. Bed is comfortable and you are also provided with sleepers. Shower pressure is really good as well as the shower itself. The hotel is 10 to 15 minutes walk to the main train station and to the palace of culture. It is a little further from old town, but we took Uber to go and return since Ubers are super cheap. You have a good selection of restaurants and bars in the hotel area. In fact the first morning we had breakfast at a small cafe in the corner and I had one of the best pancakes in my life. The restaurant across the hotel called UL offers great polish food. And there is a pastry shop 2 blocks away that has wonderful pastries! We did not try the food at the hotel so I can not comment on it. But I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Warsaw!!

Allegedly previous old Soviet Embassy before it was moved to a new location. The four-storey building is a quadrangle with a glass covered courtyard where from you enter four staircases with lifts naturally. The top floor, the fifth is presumably a penthouse. It’s a high quality, thoroughly modernised, comfortable, centrally located but very quiet boutique hotel. We booked a junior suite and thus we had a kitchenette at our disposal with a fridge, set of crockery and cutlery, a kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, tea etc. The other usual amenities were there as well: a hairdryer, high quality toiletries, a safe, medium size flat screen TV, which however -even though “smart” -had no access to internet and a VERY limited number of channels. We were OK with that but there was no bath tub, just a vary spacious shower. Food was an absolute delight and we recommend the restaurant. For breakfast take egg Benedictine-delicious! For dinner we ordered sea-trout tartare with pickled lentils, which was fun as it was made to resembled black caviar. For the main course: fried pike-perch, again with lentils. Both dishes were very nicely presented and very good. So was out Pinot Grigio. Compliments! The staff was polite and spoke English. Honestly, we found no serious faults and would gladly stay there again. A word of advice: book your room WITH breakfast. Otherwise, it costs apx. 20Euro a head-a bit much, we thought.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful hotel. Great location. Very professional staff. If only we could have lived in such luxury for longer!.
Our original booking was for April 2010 but due to Covid had to be postponed on a no. of occasions. Despite such difficult circumstances, the hotel behaved impeccably at all times & are a credit.
We stayed in a Junior Suite which was luxurious in the extreme. Everything about the hotel was 5 star yet there was an absence of that "stuffiness" that some 5 star hotels fall into the trap of.
Well done H15. You deserve all the accolades

My experience was smooth. Have 0 complaints. Gym equipment is very good! Everything is taken care of and maintained regularly. We stayed at a basic room (probably the cheapest one). I was surprised how big the bathroom was! I will definitely stay there next time!
Fun fact it is one of the only two design hotels in Warsaw.

Located in the heart of Warsaw near some great eateries and clubs. Live band plays in the restaurant and the experience is incredible. Though I stayed just 1 night, it was a comfortable stay.

The hotel was good - comfortable room and good staff. The restaurant was not so good, it got a Michelin rating a few years back but I can't imagine they still have it. There was also a lot of noise next door from construction that was very annoying. But, good location and lots of other cafes around for better food. Be careful about PCR test sites suggested by the staff - they do not test at the site near the Palace of Culture and Science, that was a wasted morning for me. They do test near the airport and the Marriott Courtyard at the airport.

The room was spotless, big, quiet, bathroom was easily the best I've ever had, the building is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Location is good too, with plenty of good restaurants around, and very walkable (It's not near the touristic sights. I was in for work, so it worked great for me.)
However, front desk service was lacking to say the least. On arrival, the room was unbearably warm (>25ºC and bed has duvet for winter). This is because floor heating is running 24/7 and cannot be entirely turned off. I asked in the morning, and was told "we will see what we can do". Nothing was done. Of course, what I did was open the windows. The front desk employee did not think of telling me that if the windows are open, the aircon is overridden so it does not work (bear in mind it's cold outside, so it may make sense to have windows open and aircon in cooling mode too). Nowhere in the room this nice "feature" is informed - I had to figure it out myself after 2 nights (and some wine over dinner).
I also requested, in two different occasions, for a memory foam pillow to be delivered to my room (from the "pillow menu" that the hotel offers). It never arrived.
I found the bed and pillows to be just bad, and this is what motivates most of my rating. Bed is very firm and does not let the body "sink in" at all. Even though it's a double bed, I had to sleep on the edges, otherwise it was unbearable. Couldn't really take advantage of the big bed despite being single occupancy. The pillows (comically) behaved like air balloons that slowly deflated when resting my head on them, instead of just being normal fluffy down pillows. I've never, ever had this happen before. Also - they were excessively tall and lumpy.
This location was my 5th hotel stay in just 7 weeks, among the most "luxurious" ones on paper, and also the least comfortable one of all. I hoped for much better given the ratings. However, I have to say, my stay was very reasonably priced (cheaper than some 3* and 4* I've been to in other European capitals), so YMMV.

Description

Location
Within walking distance of the Palace of Culture landmark and, in the opposite direction, one of Warsaw’s leafiest parks, this street has seen rapid change in the last few years with previously rundown buildings now housing sought after restaurants, which in summer spill out onto the street, giving the area a young, buzzy vibe. The airport is a 15-minute drive, unless it is rush hour, when it can be double that.

Rooms
H15 Boutique boats 47 luxury rooms & apartments giving our guests chamber place to relax. Our extra-large unique apartments will exceed your expectations for short or long stays, in fact we think you will agree that our suites offer comfort beyond that of many luxury hotels in Warsaw.

Food & Drink
SIGNATURE RESTAURANT
The concept of Signature is seen through the restaurant’s décor. Well-preserved ornaments of the hammer and sickle from the time when the Soviet embassy was located here, renovated Oswald chairs from the 50’s, Serge’s lighting, original Milton Green’s photos of Marilyn Monroe, and the „flaming bar” make Signature unique.

The kitchen’s international and modern menu has a cuisine of unusual flavors and outstanding desserts. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere with superb service.

Signature Restaurant is one of 53 polish restaurant recommended in Michelin Guide 2017
