We booked a classic room so not to expect a lot. Room was clean an md comfortable, bathroom could have been better. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very convenient in front of the train station and close to the lake!

Perfect little place, closely located to a central train station, and a few minor malls. The staff is very welcoming, and the rooms are super comfortable. The special added value of this hotel, is it's glorious breakfast, which is not only fresh, delicious, and rich.. but also super vegan friendly (on my last visit even without me asking so, I was offered a warm vegan ratatouille, which was just perfect).

Stayed here for one night. Room was basic but comfortable. Very dry/starched bedlinen that dried out my skin unfortunately. Some staff were friendly, some were cold. Breakfast options limited, would get bored very quickly if I stayed longer. Free travel pass for the city was a lovely bonus. Great location - just over the road from a train station, and a few minutes walk from shops and Jet d'Eau.

Great location, close to transport links, walking distance to Geneva Lake. Lots of shops near by. Great service. Very clean rooms and staff very polite and accomodating. Will be going back soon.
