Hard Days Night Hotel

6 of us have just had a lovely 2 night stay in this unique Fab Four Hotel. Our deluxe rooms were great & we had a huge bed in our room. The staff in hotels can make your stay that bit more special and the staff here exceeded that. Emma on reception made us so welcome on arrival and always so helpful as were all the staff. We will definitely stay here again when we next stay in this wonderful city of Liverpool. Many thanks.

Poor experience. Very low standard of cleanliness in bedroom and bathroom. Room was in desperate need of full refit with threadbare, baggy carpets, chipped flaky paint on skirting, stains on walls, mould in shower. Whole place has a tired appearance to it but you can see it was once nice. Lots of street noise heard in bedroom. Worst of all was that when I complained, the manager promised a 25% refund which has not been received. Please can you do so. Responses from managers here on Google reviews have a condescending theme of ‘you should have told us at the time, if you did not not then your complaint is not worthy of consideration’. That is missing the point entirely, you should strive to ensure your guests have no reason to complain in the first place. Enough people have told you now about the issues with your hotel so get on and fix it, otherwise drop the price significantly and customers’ expectations will fall in tandem. None of this is the fault of your guests, it appears you are trying to shift the blame onto them somehow. Customer service attitude is shocking.

From arriving to leaving we were made to feel special. That's a great feeling! Awesome hotel memorabilia, incredible rooms. The staff make you smile, and are so so friendly. Can't  recommend this place enough. And as for its location,  open the window and smell, hear, all that is Liverpool. On point. Really fantastic place. Thanks everyone for an amazing beatlicious experience.

Me and my wife had a lovely 2 night stay here. We were on the 4th floor. We had no noise at all either night. We both had a good sleep both nights. The only criticism would be that the pillows are too soft but that's no reason to mark the hotel down. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast was very tasty and tasted like it wasn't cheap produce. We were very happy with our stay and was even happier with the discounted rate on Qpark. Staff were also great, very friendly, helpful and inviting. 10/10 would recommend.
