Arctic City Hotel

Great experience spending a week at this hotel. Breakfast was great and everyone was so accommodating, but I have to give Minna extra praise for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was a 5 star experience. Thanks Minna!  If we ever come back to Finland we would love to stay here again.

Really nice hotel with excellent location. Sport bar at down stairs, didn't enjoy that too much myself. But rooms are nice ones. Nice decoration and corner rooms are bit bigger that normal ones. Good beds!

My experience of this hotel is a limited one. I needed to purchase a parking pass to park at their hotel and the blond woman with the bob haircut was quite aggressive when speaking to me after realizing I was not a customer of the hotel. She also gave me a different parking price than what I had confirmed over the phone. When politely asking her where exactly I could park she began yelling at me that where I park was wrong. I know that if I am ever in this town again I will not be staying at this hotel that employs such rude front desk staff. Avoid the Arctic City Hotel.

Nice hotel right in the center of Rovaniemi. The location made it easy for us to meet different travel companies in the city, grab groceries and have nice meals all within walking distance. Breakfast was very good and the beds were comfortable.
