Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen

Hotel is great, excellent service in the lobby. The lobbyist who checked me in was a real sweetheart and made sure I got all information that was need. Surprisingly my room was upgraded free of charge with an overview of the Theme Park, very satisfying. Room was clean and kept a high standard. As a business traveler I would love to stay here every time I’m in Copenhagen, unfortunately this will not be possible since the rates in some cases reaches just above reimbursement limits which makes it a bit high priced in some cases. However, when the limits are not reached this will definitely be my first hotel of choice.

We were amazed with the quality of the room. Staffs are amazing too- from the front staff to the restaurant staff are so friendly especially Ms. Kaur in the reception. The location is a bonus too- 5 minutes walk from the Central station and attractions are just nearby. And don't miss the steak at the hotel restaurant. I compared the steaks at Radisson and at Nimbs, and Radisson did their steak justice- juicier and tender. The only comment with the hotel is when you go to find your room, be on the lookout for the room number because the door looks tricky. At first glance, it looked like a linen cupboard coz the wall and the the door color is of the same hue. But don't get me wrong, once inside, the wow factor is superb. I highly recommend this hotel and will use again when I have to visit Denmark again.

Great location. Close to the central station and Vesterport station. Lovely restaurant for evening meals and a great breakfast included in the rate.
We also enjoyed an evening in the hotel bar chatting with the bar staff.

Posh hotel! Great location, super close to the main train station. The views from the hotels are amazing. We stayed on 17th floor and enjoyed the view from all around the room. Even the bathroom has huge windows with the view! The staff at the hotel is also very polite and nice. They have a board with famous names who stayed at the hotel on the wall. So cool to see many different celebs staying at this hotel.
