Napoleon Hotel Roma

The room was very good and quiet and the bed was really comfortable. I had to leave two days in advance and the hotel did not charge extra for this in spite my booking was for the full duration of the stay. I didn't test the breakfast so I can't stay how it was. A limit is that while there are lifts you have to walk some stairs here and there. For me this is not a problem but if you have a wheelchair it will be one: the hotel is in an old fashionable palace and they didn't think about that one hundred years ago.

The room and bathroom were bigger than I expected and both were perfectly clean. The location was perfect and the staff members were so kind and helpful to these American tourists! We only stayed for one night and left early in the morning but would definitely stay there if I find myself back in Rome.

This hotel was great! The room was nice size, clean, we had 3 beds!! The staff was very attentive and nice. The breakfast was what you expect from a continental breakfast. The location is great. I would definitely stay here again next time I find myself in Rome.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Napoleon hotel and everyone there was always friendly, welcoming and helpful with all our requests for tips and information. Hope to return again. Overall a great hotel, service, location (easy access to metro and Termini train station) and price/value. Arrivederci!
