Hotel Amalfi

Fantastic location, excellent customer service, friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Look forward to returning. Close proximity to all of Rome, and even the train station. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back. They all spoke English and was able to get us taxi rides within minutes. Very clean hotel and free breakfast.

I loved the art in this hotel and the staff was very nice. I found out the fridge in my room wasn't working once I had already bought yogurt for it. Not only did the hotel reimburse me for the yogurt that I had to throw out, but they also put a new fridge in my room that day.

We arrived in Rome very, very early and the staff was accommodating. They held our luggage for us and checked us in as soon as the room we reserved was vacant and clean. The breakfast service was delicious and timely and the staff was super friendly. I speak very little Italian and they were able to communicate with me in English effectively. Overall, a nice stay in a nice area far enough away from the big tourist spots to not be overcrowded, but still close enough to get to them by foot easily.
