Novotel Genève Centre

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.  Adele at the front desk checked me in, and she was amazing throughout my stay! She gave excellent customer service! This hotel is in Geneva city center and very close to Lake Geneva.  It really is a short walk. There are plenty of places to eat and shop. The hotel does have a really good restaurant and the breakfast is excellent! I definitely suggest adding the breakfast to your room choice when making your reservation. This hotel sells out quickly so definitely book early.  My room was spacious with a separate toilet area, and the bathroom had a separate tub and shower which I was very happy about.  Some rooms have a patio or terrace and they tend to get booked fast. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit!

Stayed 4 nights here for business trip, quite like this hotel, standard room with necessary things. Good location, walking distance to train station. Came out from hotel, with lots of choices for restaurant, cafe, bar and supermarket. Will definitely consider this hotel again if i am back to Geneva again.

Pretty decent hotel with standard rooms. I liked that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. But the shower space is too small. Food variety was an issue with our team but after complaining they solved it.

Hotel itself is a decent standard business hotel. I would give it a good review. At 4am someone in the room below mine started a party with loud music, singing and screaming. Hotel did not do anything before I called reception. After that they just managed to stop the music, but loud party continued. What kind of security is that? Why were those quests allowed to do that?
