Beautiful and modern hotel, with large and quiet rooms! Staff was very friendly, and food served in the restaurant pretty good. A spa consisting of 1 sauna, 1 small indoor pool with water jets is accessible for 8euros/person but needs to be booked beforehand.

Great modern hotel lovely comfortable beds and very big double shower with terrace staff were the best part of the stay very helpful ordering taxis sending emails and printing boarding papers booking pcr tests couldn’t ask for more from them all hard working bar staff making great cocktails and a good selection of whatever you want for breakfast. Gym pool all clean and some small free weights. Worth a visit to meet the gentle understanding staff even if staff is reduced during Covid when the numbers rise so does the staff. Thank you fir the surprise upgrade and champagne in the room.

This is a really great hotel. The location ist central but a little out of the city, the staff is super nice and the whole hotel is very clean. I took the breakfast on Sunday and I was amazed at how thorough the staff attended the buffet (which was super yummy by the way). So why do I only give two stars? As you guessed, I was super happy at the hotel and this was supposed to be a 5 star review of the hotel. BUT they lost my pyjamas. I stayed there for 4 nights and after the 3rd one they changed my sheets. Afterwards my pj's weren't nowhere to be found. I assume they were taken by accident when the sheets were changed. Which is perfectly fine, mistakes happen - but they could not care less. When I asked the reception guy if he could check with housekeeping, he just shrugged and I never heard anything back. I asked again, no info. I wrote an email after I left , more shrugging, no apologies. And this is what is making me really mad: Mistakes happen but please acknowledge it instead of just shrugging it away. Summary: This is a really nice hotel, just keep you pj's in you suitcase.

Exelent hotel, we have upgraded to a bigger room and the room itself was very convenient and big. The stuff were very freindly and welcoming, explsined everythinh with a lot a passionce. Breakfast was exelent with everything you can think of. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzy but didnt had the time to enjoy the spa. The location is perfect and close to the river and the main shopping streets. Thank you for everything, we denetly will come back again.
