Radisson Blu Hotel, Krakow

Such a brilliant stay. Excellent service, room was great size and facilities were brilliant. The Hotel is located in a pretty central location and would definitely recommend. Only suggestion is do not use their cash machine. It ate my bank card and the staff couldn't get it out and the machine company refused... the annoying thing was it was the staff knew that the machine was not working and didn't tell prospective users it had a problem which hampered my trip.

Excellent location, five star service. Really clean hotel! Excellent breakfast. Good information is provided prior to stay. Staff were all very professional and extremely helpful when needed.  Thank you for making our trip excellent! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Krakow.

Amazing customer service, fantastic location. We were hugely impressed with the location and the wonderful staff. The room was excellent and the food first class. Thank you for making our visit to Krakow so pleasurable. We will be back.

Nice hotel but not five stars. Room air conditioning does not work properly in mid May so got a bad night sleep the first njght, the iron barely worked and the shower was quite weak. Only very basic coffee facilities in room. Staff very nice and it was clean. Great location next to park and old town.
