And most importantly, air conditioning. In hot weather with closed windows it is extremely stuffy. The auto road is 10 m away and with open windows it is only comfortable. Lingerie with holes. It is very convenient to pick up the keys from the central office, but check-out. An hour before you need to contact the administration to check everything and pick up the keys.
