Hotel Europark Barcelona

Although I was only here for 2 nights I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.  The rooms were a great size, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was easy to use. Hotel staff were lovely, very kind and caring. The breakfast was amazing all elements were delicious and such a great choice. The location was great for me as I only had 2 days I was keen to do the open bus tour and the hotel was within an easy distance to walk.  I ate at 2 different restaurants in the evenings and these were also within easy reach and really good. When I return to Barcelona which I will because I love it I will select this hotel as my first choice.

Great hotel, perfect location with loads of shops, restaurants and the Familiar only a few minutes down the road! Downstairs Gym, Rooftop Pool and 2 seating areas on the roof to relax in and always helpful staff. We had a large room with king size bed and decent bathroom, smart TV and a good view.

I liked: Room size and overall experience (shower, bed, safe in a room, cleanliness). Kettle in the room with tea and coffee, tiny freezer. Location. We walk a lot, everything we wanted to visit is close, for faraway attractions you have metro near the hotel. Breakfast, great variety and quality for the price. Things that depend on personal preferences: Furniture and other minor things here and there are a bit worn out but this is not a deal breaker for me. Street outside is very busy even at night, closed windows won't silence it for you so consider this fact. What I would like to be different: I consider the room to be too hot. Pillow with a blanked add up to it. I also prefer natural conditioning, so you either sleep without blanket or with an opened window and street noise. Anyway I slept great. It would be great to have a tiny chair in the hallway to take my shoes on/off, and a shoe spoon would also help with it.

First of all, this is a really fine hotel that I absolutely can recommend to anybody coming to visit Barcelona. Very nice and cosy on the inside, tidy without a spot, silent and still managing to feel spacious, it sets the right tone for longer business and private trips alike. It is just how a very good hotel should be. Europark Hotel is situated near public transport while sites like Familia Sagrada and the old city center are in walking distance.
