Hotel Pullman Liverpool

We had a superior room which was clean, tidy and very spacious. The shower was amazing and the view of the Mersey was lovely. It would have been 5 stars, but in other establishments we've stayed in, there was a lot more choice of hot drinks, milks, sugars etc in our room, but not so here. Also the first morning the cooked breakfast was borderline warm. For the next 2 mornings I had pastries & cereal. The restaurant staff were lovely though and room service was also top notch. The food we ordered for room service was amazing. All in all, a great stay & we will stay here again next time.

On arrival parking , convenient, close to hotel. Reception very welcoming, friendly, helpful all with smiles. Our room had a stunning view over the Mersey, will post a photo of our early evening view. Room was bright and airy, spacious with a large comfortable bed, bathroom well equipped. Breakfast set out very nicely, plenty of choice, helpful friendly service. Location excellent. Our thanks to Paul Royden for looking after us so well, we will be back.

Superior room with view experience: Great location, amazing view! The hotel is new and well designed. Book with the hotel to have better deal. Cleaning staff is better and more friendly than the reception ones. Parking is available for £12. Go back for sure!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Pullman. We paid a little extra for a three course meal on one of the nights and found this a very good option. The room was fantastic with a super king bed and plenty of space.  We will come back to this hotel if we stay in Liverpool again. Great location for the Dock area.
