AC Hotel by Marriott Cuzco

Rooms were clean, comfortable and staff were very kind however they didn't have basic supplies like dental kit. Hence the products could have been updated. Apart from that the stay was comfortable and smooth, even the hotel had a very nice ambience and it's located right in the middle of everywhere, very convenient and accessible. Highly appreciate the hospitality.

This is a great hotel at a strategic location everything nearby and staff are excellent and welcoming. Room is spacious and cozy and very  quite at night. The food is great and they always try to customize your order to your need i love it. The only problem i had was with the internet WIFI it is very slow and unsecured anyone can access the net even people not staying at the hotel. Also one minor comment is that all the TV channels are in SPANISH no English Channels.

The hotel itself is nice and well located. Clean and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately it is very noisy and you can hear everything that's happening in the hall. We were woken up few times in the middle of the night. The Wi-fi is very poor so impossible to do any work or browse if you use it. The cleaning staff are super friendly but the staff at reception are terrible and quite rude. The way the speak to you makes you think they forget we are paying their salaries. Won't come back to this one.

Nice, modern hotel that is truly deserving of its 4 star rating (as you know in Europe, whatever rating the hotel lists you ought to drop it by 1). Strategically located within the heart of Madrid, you’ll find that conveniences are within walking distance away. And if you really wanted to walk to a shopping mall, El Corte Ingles is only 1.5km from the hotel (burn those calories)
Room is spacious and not too cluttered with amenities. Curtains are good at blocking out sunlight, allowing you to snooze in should the day be too cold. They have an ironing board & iron neatly tucked away. A coffee machine that is able to pump out hot water, who needs a kettle? Highly responsive front desk who have been nothing short of excellent in handling requests.
However, the breakfast is skippable, you are better off exploring the various and extensive options in the area. One more improvement would be perhaps to consider having a couple of English language HBO channels for the tv.
