Good hotel
Very nicely decorated and well-located hotel with great breakfast buffet. Staff was nice and they have storage options if you have to wait for check-in. Be mindful of the fact that the shower/sink area has no door so people can see you while taking a shower. There is a separate area (closed with a door) for the toilet but there is no sink in there so if you really think about it, it can be quite unhygienic. The daily cleaning service is quite poor. They only make the bed and air the room, but no cleaning of the bathroom or emptying of the trash bins.
We got a room on the back side of the hotel and we could hear the trains all night, so if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the front side of the building.

Great Hotel close to Public Transportation
Great Hotel with quirky decor. Very clean, comfortable bed, hearty breakfast with good selection. Front desk & bar staff very nice & helpful. No. 2 tram is in front of hotel across the street. From there can transfer to any other tram or underground. Buy your economical day pass 3 buildings to your left (convenience store sells newspapers, tobacco & lottery tickets) when exit hotel. We took this public transportation everywhere for 7 Eurose a day. Very pleased with our stay.

Great!
Liked - The whole hotel itself has a very nice design, also wifi is great. The breakfast was amazing, the location is also great a tram is close by and you can reach any destination easily. The staff were amazing, thank you for making our stay great! The rooms was also nice and clean.
Disliked - I didn't find anythnig which I didn't like in particular. In the room we booked the shower area was a bit open, and there was a mirror where you can see of the other one is in the shower, which was a surprise at first, but for partners this is okay and if you are travelling with a friend you can resolve this easily. So no worries.

Great stay I reccomend
Liked - The staff was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable making our stay comfortable, the room was very clean, breakfast service was great and the hotel location was very convenient very close to the S-Bahn and Tranway. Sincerely I was amazed by the great level of cleanliness the hotel staff focuses on in order to improve the wellness of customers.
Disliked - Just a little bit the noise made by trains passing right besides the property but windows are noise-proof and it sincerely it was not an issue if you close the windows properly.
