Phenomenal hotel experience. The location is superb, and the entire facility is unique, especially for an American such as myself. The room is neat, fitting all you need in a special style, and a great view. The facility is extremely clean. The staff say hello to you by name, a very pleasant surprise. The rooftop lounge has a wonderful view of Madrid, and free coffee all day long. I truly enjoyed my stay here! PS.. the lobby smells amazing.

Nice hotel in a great location. Clean and comfortable with good amenities and really helpful friendly staff. Surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants and things to do - and the price is good - would 100% stay here again.

Good value, perfect location, and outstanding staff make this place perfect for trips to Madrid. Staff member Andrea went far out of her way to fix some travel issues I had, and she was so polite and patient. I look forward to my next two visits already booked.

I was a first timer there and I found it interesting as a hotel. It has an eco friendly attitude and modern essence to it. Close to the central of Madrid. I just loved it!! The rooftop breakfast is also a very nice addition to the place.
