A very nicely located, affordable, upscale hotel.
Liked - Location is close to the museum quarter and easily reachable by the great Vienna public transportation. Many local bars and restaurants in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Downstairs bar is nice and a great place to stop either before or after dinner.
Disliked - A little hard to find because it's in an alley off the street but a very minor complaint. Once found it's very easy to locate.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel.
Liked - very friendly staff, they let us check out late since we were really jet legged and needed some extra sleep - this was much appreciated! Beautiful room, on a quiet side street but walking distance to museums and the center. We were able to get laundry done which was pricy but worth it before our upcoming travels. There was complimentary coffee and tea.
Disliked - The door to the bathroom looks interesting but could have been more sound proof.

Liked - Overall a nice hotel.
The receptionists are very helpful and kind, and the reception is always open.
Located just outside of the center, in a quite spot, but Vienna’s transportation is perfect so that’s not an issue. It’s actually a bonus when arriving by car.
The rooms are modern and very clean, although a bit small.
Disliked - The expensive breakfast is not worth it, maybe except
for the fresh orange juice. Some of the staff in the breakfast are rude and impatient.
An important tip: do not book two different room types if you are a family. We got rooms in different parts of the building, and traveling between our rooms took about 5 minutes (due to the need to replace elevators).

Great hotel for a great city.
Liked - We got a room with a balcony, the room size was really good and clean. We like the big shower and the comfortable bed.
Personnel at the reception desk and in the breakfast room was always very nice and helpful.
Breakfast was great too, you can find everything you want.
From the hotel you can easily reach the city centre, we have always walked (about 20' if you are fit) but metro stations are close.
Disliked - Just a side note, the room temperature was too high, at least on the first day. But we open the window during the night and got a good sleep
