ibis Krakow Stare Miasto

No tea/coffee machine in your room (I always had one in three star hotels). Housekeeping was discontinued (due to COVID precautions, an easy excuse if you ask me). Shower was leaking, as others already noted. No mini fridge. Iron board that I asked for was of the cheapest quality ever. Weird smell in the hallways, as if something was burning. Room was clean though. Check in/check out went fine. Won't be coming back though.

Great Hotel for few nights stay. Our room was very basic but that is all we needed. The hotel facilities were modern and staff were very friendly. We arrived around 11am and the staff were so lovely and let us check in even though check in wasnt until 3pm. You get free WiFi also. Hotel is 10 minute walk from the main square and is couple minutes walk from the main shopping centre. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Would recommend!

Location is ok. Room is the usual. But having stayed at over 20 ibis hotels, this is the first that it has no sheets to cover the mattress. Felt weird cos the mattress support is not big enough to cover the whole mattress. Updated: developed rashes after one night of rest, likely due to bedsheets quality. Spoke to the receptionist but no follow up action.

Affordable stay at an optimal location. Central railway and bus stations are one block away. The old town is within a very short walking distance. Hotel itself does not disappoint. Rooms are somewhat showing their age but all in all it was a very positive typical "ibis" brand experience. No complaints; highly recommended.
