Boutiquehotel am Dom

Fantastic hotel. Lovely rooms with character and a great bed. Right in centre of old town. Great breakfast. Simon and staff were most helpful. Would really recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the boutiquehotel Am Dom for 2 nights prior to a Viking cruise. If you want outstanding service, cleanliness,  yummy breakfast food, and charming atmosphere, then you need to stay here. I think the most important point was the helpfulness from the gentleman in charge. He truly went out of his way to assist us in finding a pharmacy that was open on the weekend that could do Covid testing in our window of time before boarding our ship.  We really had a fantastic time in Salzburg and a major reason why is because of our experience at this hotel. Keep up the good work!

This boutique hotel is in a perfect central location, with very personable and attentive staff. The room was super super clean with all the basic amenities. They were able to call and make reservations on my behalf at the local restaurants, when the online reservation apps didn't have availability. Highly recommend this hotel. If you have a car, there is a slight inconvenience in that you have to park a quarter of a mile away in a parking garage, or closer if possible on the street and walk to the hotel with your items.

The location is perfect but if you are with a car it's a problem since you have to park outside the old city.  If we knew we would prefer an hotel on the river  bank which is still close but with comftable access to the car. The room was OK. No room for putting the towels. The service was friendly.
