Hotel ibis Rotterdam City Centre

The location of the hotel was perfect and near the city centre. The hotel was nice and clean, although the entrance was a bit of a mess as there were constructions going on on the road. The room was good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. We had a nice view.

Conveniently located right next to Blaak Street and Train Station, a stone throw away from the Cube Houses and the lovely Maritime Museum. Very clean rooms and nice staff attending both the reception and the restaurant. Breakfast variety could be improved, though.

I arrived in the Netherlands on 20 April and checked in to Ibis Hotel city Center, we were greeted by the most spectacular receptionist named Susanne Van De Vinne, she went out of her way to provide us the most outstanding service and her impact on our stay was huge!  it made me want to stay there again the next time I am and then it in the Netherlands what a wonderful employee you have.

We have spent four nights there. Modern and  comfortable hotel in a central location. Very quiet and great bedding. Only a few minutes walk from Blaak station and Markthall. Easy check in and check out. Nice breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff.
