Not more than average
I am here for the second time and will not come back again.
The only reason to come here is the place.
Ist is quite central. But there are a lot orher Hotels near by.
Standard ukrainian breakfast.
Standard, a little old fashioned, rooms.
Underaverage restaurant (therefore permanently almost empty)
Worst staff for long time...Mostly friendly but with no clue of anything.
Only smiling is not enough (for me)

Quiet and in a good location
Nice room and welcoming staff

The hotel is close to restaurants and to the football stadium

The breasfast has a lot of choice

The musical ambiance with all the different posters gives this hotel a nice welcoming touch

I will go back on my next trip

Nice with own character
Our company likes to hold negotiations with clients here in this hotel. Specially we like negotiations room called "Dialogue". So the hotel is well equipped for business meeting and small conferences but besides that it's a boutique calm hotel. Usually we also place there our guests and every time they are happy with the room and their total impression of the hotel.
There is a big parking in front of the hotel. The location is not so beautiful - nothing special with this region but it's very close to the center of Kyiv - 5-10 minuets by car or 20 minuets by walking.
The meals are good (nothing special but OK).
Generally I like this hotel for calm atmosphere that stimulates to close the deals.

Great location after an evening performance at the concert hall next door!
As part of a special birthday celebration we stayed at the Alfavito after very nice dinner out and a performance at the Plats Ukraina concert hall next door. The property has easy transport links with a metro station within a block and plenty of taxis. The hotel provided friendly and fast check-in. Staff was efficient and helpful. The room as large and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable the sitting area was spacious. I will come back.

Not valued as a guest should be
Simply surprised and disappointed when I was told without any previous advice that the only (and not that good) restaurant was closed to a “private meeting” with dozens of people inside and me and other guests were suggested to have dinner at the lobby bar.
When in Kiev again I will find another place.
Even more in sub zero temperatures.

Office Relocation
Visited Kiev on an office relocation project, choose this hotel as it was located close to potential new locations. Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Comfortable bed and desk area for work. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the Piano lounge, breakfast selection was good, hot and cold choices, and a welcome variation from the typical English. If you get the chance, take time to enjoy dinner at the hotel, accompanied by live piano music. Helpful staff, good location, will definitely return.

Alfavito Hotel Kiev
After spending 2 nights in Rivne in a less than basic hotel, Alfavito Hotel was a welcome change.
My double room cost around £100 for the night, which is expensive for Ukraine, but relatively cheap for a 4 star hotel in a City. Traffic depending, you can reach Boryspil Airport in around 20 mins from here.
The hotel is beautiful inside and out, and the rooms are reasonably luxurious with a shower over the bath and an in room minibar.
Breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety, catering for the diverse guests it accommodates.
I would go out of my way to stay in this hotel again when I’m next in Kiev.

Weekend getaway in Kiev with some mates
This hotel may be classed as a businesss hotel but accommodates all - rooms very clean customer service amazing - the concierge Vlad is very knowledgable and can get you into the best clubs etc without standing in the Ming queue. The hotel bar is well stocked and even the branded drinks are so cheap a round for 4 is less than a tenner! Food is served almost around the clock so rolling in at 3am you can order fries and a sandwich served with a smile and at a host of £3.50 ! What’s not to like ! Amazing city lots to do - shooting range, clubs bars restaurants - city felt very safe and the credit card transaction fee from my bank cost more than the Uber ride itself - literally £1.50 for a trip into the city centre!

Although it is a very clean and modern, the staff was impolite especially a guy with glasses at the reception
They did a favour when I asked to surprise my wife for her birthday
Charged huge amount for mineral water.
Breakfast is too expensive and doesn't worth 15 euro
I will not get back there for sure

Horrible stay…
I wanted to enjoy my stay here in Alfavito hotel. I really did. However, the hotel was a disappointment from the moment we arrived. Check-in with receptionist Iryna was terrible as she tried to charge extra money for enter a few hours earlier after long way and transfers in aggressive manner, at the same time she checked-in some other guests without any extras. One of the elevators in the lobby wasn’t working, so we had to wait forever to get upstairs. I wasn’t informed about additional two elevators behind. Our coffee at breakfast wasn’t even warm. Bellboys were helpful and made a great job.

Excellent hotel
If you're looking for good location, professional service with staff fluent in English or extremely comfortable accommodation this hotel is great choice for you.
Rooms are very clean, elegant, nice and spacious. Also bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. You have all usual guest supplies including bath robe, slippers etc.

Breakfast was delicous, tasty served on pleasant ambient. Excellent and diverse range of food.

Hotel has own currency exchange-office which was very useful as well as luggage storage and consierge service I needed during stay. Off topic: be aware of public exchange places to avoid thieves! We had bad experience previously so thos time we used only hotel exchange-office

Отель в прекрасном и тихом месте, приветливый и обходительный персонал. Я забронировал отель, так как из того, что я видел в Интернете, выглядел потрясающе.
Вход, стойка регистрации, бар и обеденная зона имеют великолепный дизайн.
Комнаты большие и просторные. Двуспальная кровать была более чем достаточно большой, бесплатный WIFI, много телеканалов.
Персонал очень услужливый.
Я очень рекомендую Alfavito Hotel Kyiv всем, кто хочет отличный отель для своего пребывания в Киеве, будь то долгое или короткое пребывание, он идеален во всех аспектах.

На выходные ездили в Киев, на детское шоу Винтера ( отличное шоу, очень хорошего уровня????????????) решили снять квартиру в центре через букинг, но увы, попали на не очень порядочных людей... сначала оказалось, что нет заявленной квартиры, а есть другая ( непонятно какая), и как по приеду оказалось без паркинга:(((. Вообщем потратили только время и нервы. Отель Алфавито оказался самым ближайшим и не разочаровал ????. Ненамного дороже квартиры, с отличной парковкой, очень чистые и свежие номера. Красивый холл и приятный персонал, который очень чутко реагирует на просьбы. Хочется поблагодарить их за гостеприимство. ????????❤️ В следующий визит в Киев обязательно выберу этот отель ????

Stayed 3 nights. Difficult to assess relative value when you've only stayed at one hotel in Kiev but I'm guessing that, because it is not in the heart of downtown, it may be more affordable than 4 star hotels that are. Be prepared for a cab or metro ride (or otherwise a pretty long walk) to the centre. That would be fine if in a pretty or scenic location but it isn't and seems more positioned for business visitors rather than tourists. One odd thing is that I could not simply charge room service to my, er, room! When I phoned my order, the person asked if I'd be paying by cash or card and seemed surprised when I said I'd like it charged to my room. He had to check with reception then called me back so say they had said 'no' (they did not give a reason). In all my years staying at hotels around the world, that was a first. (I also saw other reviews commenting on not being able to charge bar drinks or restaurant meals to your room). The breakfasts were good while not being of top standard in terms of quality or choice. Having said all that, this is a nice hotel with good service and efficient staff, the rooms of a generally high standard and the lobby area/bar is well designed, and overall a good stay
