True five star experience in the hear of Moscow
I happened to be at the hotel on business and while the rest of Moscow does lack in service sometimes, this place was flawless. Very attentive personnel trained according to very high standards. Worth noting is the bar on one of the top floors, which offers a great view of the city center.

Best Hotel in Moscow City
Stayed at this hotel for a short break in Moscow City. The location of the hotel is very convenient (near Red Square, metro stations, Bolshoi Theatre, shopping malls GUM and TSUM) and although it is located centrally, it is still in a quiet street without having all the fuzz in front of the hotel like eg the Ritz-Catlton.
The rooms were convenient, fresh fruit was brought every day to the room. There was no pillow menu which is a bit a pity as for side sleepers the pillows are too flat.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped us to arrange a transfer to and from the airport through the hotel concierge service. This service is offered at a reasonable price for Moscow city (street taxis can easily rip you off and you will be sitting in a lada) for the quality that you get (BMW7 is the lowest possible choice), prices are mentioned on the hotel website and will be added to your bill so you know what you pay for (would strongly recommend this to non-native speakers for safety reasons). We had a very long queue at the passport control when flying into the country and we had to wait for almost two hours, we could not warn the driver but still he patiently waited for us during all this time, which is exceptional in terms of service.
The hotel has a nice spa and pool area free of charge for hotel guests. Hower on the last day after check out in the morning we came back to the hotel to take the transfer to the airport and wanted to do a quick refreshing dive while it was 30 degrees outside, we could not acces the pool without a room card but the receptionist knew us and told we could go up and that they would let us in, but when we asked access upstairs one of the olders valets walking around was extremly rude by telling that Moscow is not Turkey where this kind of stuff is done, while we paid 1300+ euros to stay at the hotel for a few nights and for extra services such as the shuttle I believe this is a true shame.
Breakfast was very good though with several warm dishes on the menu totally meeting the 5star quality.
If we would be treated with respect next time, I would come back here when in Moscow again

The Best Hotel in Moscow
The Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow is by far my favorite hotel in Moscow and among my favorites in the world. I arranged a driver to pick me up and arrived to downtown Moscow with many roads either closed or clogged with traffic due to the Holiday celebration. No problem, the driver coordinated with the hotel and there were 2 bellmen waiting to take my bags once we got close. I walked through the front door where a guest service rep was waiting to escort me to my room, bypassing the usual front desk check-in queue. This made a great first impression and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The rooms are world class, the staff friendly and attentive and the location is within easy walking distance for all of the major sites. My room Was on the 9th floor with a massive panorama picture window allows a for a view from Tsum in the foreground all the way to the Ostankino tower in the distance; furnishings and amenities are simply perfect — you won’t want to leave your room! The bed is great, though a little firm for my taste; the sheets and pillows were just perfect. Despite being in the center of Moscow, the room was silent and I slept soundly. The food is great, the internet fast and reliable and guest relations and the concierge desk go beyond my already high expectations. I loved the hotel so much I’ve already made reservations to return

I stayed for two nights on my way to St Petersburg.

Booked standard room for points as a Guest of Honor of my husband who is a Globalist with Hyatt. Was upgraded to a King Bed Deluxe on the arrival. And had a breakfast included due a GoH stay. Both were nice, as the hotels in Moscow are particularly pricey.

The room was great. Very spacious, very clean, with huge nice bathroom.

Had room service dinner on the first night, as arrived to the hotel kind of late, and was tired. The food was great and was very nicely presented.

The breakfasts in the restaurant downstairs were great too: nice variety with some Armenian flavor (at least I think so :))) The service was great at the breakfast too.

I arranged transportation through the hotel to take Sapsan train on the departure. It was pricey as you would expect. But I wanted sure thing, as taxis in Moscow can be hit or miss. And I got a great experience with very nice, courteous and professional driver in a Mercedes car.

Overall, great experience. Definitely would be our go to hotel next time in Moscow
