Hotel Regina Madrid

This 3 star hotel, located in center of Madrid is excellent and it is more than we expected. The reception, the restaurant and the rooms are decorated stylishly and kept clean. The personnel (staff)  is helpful and very friendly. We were always greeted every morning and evening. The housekeeping staff do excellent work. They deserve a raise in pay.
The beds are really good and we slept so well.  The rooms are fairly soundproof as we didn't hear our neighbors despite the close proximity of the rooms. The breakfast was excellent and we were always treated with respect and courtesy.
We will definitely return to this fine hotel.

This cute boutique hotel is within walking distance to most of the sites we wanted to see. The desk staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The hotel lobby and common areas were clean and inviting. The free breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations and the breakfast staff did an excellent job keeping food and drink items stocked and tables and buffet areas clean, even during the busy time. Our room was cozy, but clean and stylish. The only minor complaint we had is that we couldn’t adjust the temperature using the system, but when it got stuffy we opened the window. We will definitely recommend Regina Hotel to any family or friends coming to Madrid and will stay here on our next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel!!  The staff is delightful and so helpful; rooms are immaculate; breakfast pkg was great and the location is perfect.  A special shout out to Francisco (Fran) at reception and to my housekeeper (took care of room 217; black hair with braid-wish I knew her name).  Lovely people!!  Its definitely where Ill stay next time I visit Madrid.

Best hotel in Spain. Great service and everything you need in room is there. 2 luggage racks, one coffee maker, refrig, safe, two sinks and great shower. Breakfast is good. Great location. Fatima check us in and was to excellent to work with during our stay. Javier was very helpful during our stay.
