In nice location just across the East train station. We take 2 star away because our hotel room was very small for 4 people, only one person at a time can walk trough the bottom of the queen bed. We had one queen bed and one bunk bed. The bathroom was small with a small sink the. There were a Jacket rack/cabinet was very small. Over all for a 4 people in that room everything is small, it was more of a single room not a family room. Breakfast was ok but it was the same food for 7 days they could have switch it up a bit. Also parking is way overpriced you can park outside the hotel way cheaper like we did. Also before I forget the 7 days we staid at the hotel you can hear the door banging and when someone running upstairs. Keep that in mind it’s not going to be a quiet night. Things we also did not like is how the smokers the people that smoking, smoking right in front of the hotel entrance.

The hotel was clean, great common areas and reception staff was kind. Nevertheless I was stuck in there on my last day since my cellphone got robbed presumably by a cleaning staff member. We were in the room when the staff came and we told them we would get out soon so please come back later... But there was a crew of 5 and in the meantime we were trying to talk about the possibility of cleaning later I'm guessing one of them took my phone. I noticed a few minutes later my phone was gone, and I looked for it everywhere, even under the mattress and in all the trash cans. It wasn't there! We finally said we would go to put a police report and waited to activate my Find my device app so the phone would ring... We didn't go to the police because when the app finally worked, I asked the staff to please take me to the room... My phone was there in the bathroom by the sink, I heard ringing from the hall... Someone put it back there!!!! For some reason they gave it back... Maybe they felt scared of the police... We don't know but this was an unpleasant experience and I advise everyone to not let anyone come in the room more other than a door talk, also if you leave the room you know that things could be stolen by the cleaning staff .... This is very disappointing and it's a pity all the other staff members were very kind.

The room was big enough and the bed was very comfortable
However, the breakfast buffet could be a little bit better, because there was not much variety. Fruit, a microwave, scrumbled eggs... could have been included.

Nice, clean rooms and baths, beds were comfortable! The location right next to East Side Gallery, Mercedes Benz Arena and the Ostbahnhof is perfect! I spent a few really nice days there.
