At first I was really put off by the room we were given as it was a room was very warm and the AC was not working. We felt uncomfortable opening the window during the night as the fire escape later was just outside and our room could be been accessible to potentially anymore. The room was very tired and definitely could of done with a deep clean.
After asking to change rooms, we were given a much better room. Although it was again tired and could of done with a deep clean, we were given wine as an apology and was reminded if we were still unhappy we could change again.
I am sure the hotel is getting around to refurbishing all of the room, as the lobby, bar and restaurant are beautiful.
We had a great breakfast each morning and was appreciative of the convenient location next to the train station.
I’d stay again but I’d definitely be asking for a newer outside facing room.

I’ve stayed at a lot of different hotels in Copenhagen over the years (more expensive and less expensive), and this particular hotel remains my favorite. It’s incredibly conveniently located near the Central Station and the city center. By U.S. standards, pretty much all comparable Danish hotel rooms are tiny, but the rooms here are actually slightly more spacious. The staff is friendly and super-helpful. The ONLY drawback is the hotel bar, which I frequented a couple of times. Really slow and disengaged service, unexciting drinks and beers. But, really, a great place to stay.

A lovely hotel with character and charm and very friendly and helpful staff.  Brilliant location, with Central Station, the city centre and Tivoli Gardens on the doorstep.  Thought it'd be a bit noisy because of that but it wasn't.  Would look to stay here again on our next visit.

As always, we did love to stay at Copenhagen Plaza ! We had two friends whit us who had not tried your hotel before, and they did love it too!!
So your hotel will be the first choice to them when they come to Copenhagen again.
We self can´t even think about to take someone another hotel, it´s always Copenhagen Plaza, when we visit Copenhagen.
