Hotel ibis Antwerpen Centrum

A good hotel in the centre of Antwerp. Friendly staff. Small rooms, but you have everything you need. The bathroom is very small, with a shower. The water wasn't always hot, the temperature is not stable. Everything was clean, good breakfast. Very good price/quality.

Hotel was nice and clean, staff was nice. Location perfect! But! You can’t change AC and make temperature warmer, this is insane, outside temperature 3 degrees Celsius, inside around 15-16 C, trying to call at the front desk no luck. Called 3 times at different time! Simple thing like make my room comfortable for me like I want it’s hard task for this hotel! Free wife very bad, always in and out. I don’t think I’ll ever stay in Ibis anywhere anymore.

Stayed in the Hotel one night. Reasonable price. Check in was smooth and very friendly. The front office staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom door lock did not work well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Paid 12 Euro extra for breakfast.

You can't beat the value of Ibis Antwerpen Centrum! The location is perfect. Even on a Saturday night the first floor rooms opening onto the square are quiet and the AC keeps them cool. You get what you need, comfy bed, enough towels and good water pressure. This is not the Ritz and a few things (like power outlets near the beds and a soap dispenser in the shower that does not mean burning your hand) could be easily fixed. The breakfast was amazing. They have waffles! The bathroom could do with some more attention to cleanliness. Overal a perfect budget hotel with comprehensive Covid-19 compliance.
