Fantastic hotel! Very reasonably priced, centrally located, and clean. The staff were exceedingly friendly: helped print out boarding passes, gave great suggestions, stored our luggage so we could continue to explore before heading back to the airport. Would recommend!

We visited Marseilles for ten days and did not have Internet all ten days that we were staying at the Hôtel Escale Oceania Marseille. We were told that it should be fixed after a few days but it never was which was an issue when looking for directions to places, etc. The hotel is clean but the room was tiny. The toilet and shower are not in the same room which is odd. I had some items dry cleaned and they came out nicely but when I tried to have a few more items cleaned we were told the service was not available. We stayed at three different hotels while in France and this was our least favorite. The service was average and the room was average. The best thing that can be said is that the location of the hotel is fantastic. Do consider that their is street music going on until midnight every night if you are a light sleeper.

Very central location. Our room was clean, relatively small but in general ok. There was only one chair in our double room. The breakfast is quite underwhelming, only instant coffee and a rather limited selection of food.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in July 2019, and found  everything excellent. The location is brilliant, just near the Vieux Port, with good transport connections to the station and near the Tourist Information Office. Nearby you could book boat trips, the little train and the hop-on, hop-off bus tours. Our room was very quiet and clean, breakfasts were substantial and of a very good quality for a 3* hotel and the staff were  unfailingly pleasant and efficient.
