Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Dublin

Great service. The one touch concierge answered the phone on the first ring every time, and I called it a lot.  Clean modern rooms, but the service really was the best part.

Decor is modern and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were nice. But the reason I marked so low was that the food was terrible. We booked the Sky Suite for a corporate event. Suite was brightly lit with no real feel of luxury or flair. I was bitterly disappointed by the standard of the buffet. Cold, bland and overcooked meatballs. Wrong menu was also served. Very poor.
Breakfast the next morning wasn't much better. It was stone cold after a couple of minutes on the plate. Black and white pudding was raw. Again very poor.

Had a very pleasant stay here and was warmly welcomed by two amazing staff Adam and Berna this morning made my stay in the Raddison 10x better great place overall and so close to the city centre 10/10 recommendation shall definitely be back again!

Staff at this hotel are so nice and helpful could not fault any one of them they made the stay 100% more enjoyable especially the man at the front desk with dark hair sorry I didn't get his name thank you for a great stay.
