The Huntsman Inn

But ate in the bar for lunch.  Went We arrived was met by staff they explained We need to wait for a table said we happily eat at the bar. Bar man took our order straight away. Chicken salad was so tasty full chicken beast, grains, salad leaves light but also filling. We also had the seafood chowder which was filled with quality fish good size prawns.  Great service couldn't fault them. Food 5 star. Would totally recommend this place

Just had an extended lunch in the Huntsman with my friends. The food was fab and of the highest quality. Our server was Olivia who was super and went over and above to check we were all ok, a few times during our meal , and could not do enough for us. Chatted with us and was so so pleasant As some of us are gluten intolerant, we asked Olivia about this, and she asked the chefs and came back with the options that we could have. I must say, this is not the norm in most restaurants and compliment Olivia and the chefs in this. Well done to the owners who have such diligent, thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable member of staff in Olivia, you are truly  blessed. A great asset to the company. A 10 stars from us for The Huntsman and for Olivia. We will be back.

We stayed in a ‘double room’ which is 2 single beds unevenly aligned up against each other. One of the most uneasy nights of sleep I’ve had i a long while. I attempted to call downstairs when I recognized the issue but no one picked up the phone so we will have to del.

The staff were helpful and friendly..but who ever is in charge of the full irish breakfast is very stingy with food an the toast..fill the plate please.an felt robbed been charged 15e today when some thing only cost e12 same day last week.
