Hotel NH Atlantic Den Haag

Hotel needs a good renovation and service at their restaurant is very unfriendly in-fact rude and border-line aggressive. Understandable that they are understaffed after the 2 years of covid but that's no excuse to treat hotel clients with such dis-respect. People pay for a pleasant experience on beach side hotel and not just for a room. This said, the manager was very kind and did his best to deal with his shortage of staff and their rudeness in their dinner hall. I do not recommend this hotel to people who are looking to relax or enjoy a weekend away. The stress level is so high in there. It's really unfortunate.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right by the beach which is really nice. The service was absolutely horrible (especially In regards to the price). We arrived after a long drive and the receptionist was clearly not happy with her job. We then went to our room and the bed wasn’t even properly made and we had to request pillow covers (which we then also needed to put on ourselves!). Furthermore our room was right next to a very loud door. Overall very unhappy!

Wonderful location and fab beach with trendy beach bars. We were worried we were going too far out of the Hague, but it was a really nice place to stay, nice staff, well- connected and developing area. Good supermarket nearby!

They did there best for us duringva 7 day isplation, rooms were clean and spaceous nice balcony but noisy, much slamming of doors and motor bikes going to the beach. Staff were helpful. Nice and close to what looks to be a popular beach.Food which was brought to the room was more than adequate, and warm. Tea making facilities. Cant fault my stay at all.
