The Bonerowski Palace | Hotel with Restaurant

Amazing hotel right on the main square. We had a night in a luxury suite and it was beautifully decorated with nice furniture and a big bed. We also had breakfast there which was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is nice and in a great location. The room is well equipped and comfortable. However, attention to detail is severely lacking. While booking the hotel we were told each room has a safe. While not essential, it was important to us; however, when we arrived no safe was present. When we contacted the front desk we were told the safe is out for repair and should be installed by the next day. Safe was not installed and no contact from hotel staff regarding this. Luckily they have a safe at the front desk but that is definitely not ideal. There was only one tissue in the tissue box. Call front desk. There was no room service menu. Call front desk. We assumed breakfast was included but it turned out to be roughly $25 per person. More expensive than a nice dinner elsewhere. Outlets in the room only work when the key is in the room so it's impossible to charge batteries while you're out. Our King size bed was actually two smaller beds pushed together so there was a hard frame and a gap felt in the midle. Room service cleaned the room without leaving any face or wash towels. Shower door leaks at the bottom. Vanity mirror refused to stay in any position other than facing downward. Overall, it was just "ok". We stayed in smaller, less "luxurious" hotels and had a better experience. We will stay elsewhere next time.

Awesome place! Right off the square which means easy access to the food, drinks, shopping... The rooms were spacious. The tub was large enough for me to slouch in, and still have room to spare. Add a shower to the bathroom too. The sitting room easily accommodated 30 people. Would definitely stay here again.

We came here for a wedding viewing , hotel was nice and the wedding coordinator was very helpful. The hotel is beautiful and so are the function rooms . We also had a drink in the hotel after the viewing and i thought it was good value. Waiting staff seem fairly friendly
