Hotel Duxiana Malmo

Beautiful newly renovated boutique hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us feel like family. Gorgeous room with fresh flowers, delicious food. Highly recommend and hope to return one day.

This fantastic hotel is full of trendy lamps and furniture, not only the very cozy Duxiana beds. All staffs were super kind, and breakfast was enjoyable. It doesn't have its parking, but you don't need to worry, because there is a huge parking lot just next to the bridge nearby the hotel.

I called from Cyprus 3 times speaking with the reservations and giving them my email to send me the different room types they have and the prices. Not only they never bothered to send any email with the information I have asked but the third time a lady in an arrogant way after I have asked ahain for the information and confirming that I haven't gotten any email from them, she made clear that they never forget any client and that I should be patient and wait for their email. It never came. This to me was the answer: search for an other hotel. I booked a Hotel Clarion Malmö Live and solve my problem. The second star I give it because it might be a good hotel, though they have much to learn how you treat customers.

I stayed in this beautiful hotel a few days before Christmas and it was just stunning waking up to the snow falling. Beautiful hotel and very convenient location to high street. Hotel Staff were also a wonder, nothing too hard, always very helpful. Always snacks to eat at the hotel as well. Great breakfast! Plus they sold us a few bottles of wine during our stay, as we found out it's hard to drink in Sweden. Loved it!
