The Met Hotel Thessaloniki

We wanted to enjoy a bit more luxury but were very disappointed. Staff is very kind and helpful and the place looks amazing on the outside and first view. But taking a closer look it’s just super fudged as you can see on the images. Another big big minus is the 50€ charge for a dog which is way too high. The dog bed wasn’t even nice, it was clumpy and very low quality, my dog preferred to sleep on the floor. The balcony was nice. Breakfast had a really big variety, but no allergens displayed for the meals, so I didn’t know what’s vegan and what not. But from what I could tell the vegan options very extremely limited which is sad with such a hotel and also massive breakfast. Also it was very cold in the breakfast room. You even paid for parking which is also very unusual for such a place. So many hidden cost which made the already high price even higher for no value. Definitely not worth it.

Has style, it’s classy, big rooms with big restrooms nice lighting. Roof garden with nice vibe, very nice view of the port and nice pool. I didn’t like the breakfast though, everything was almost cold. Very basic things to eat for breakfast.

Second time at the Met in thessaloniki and this one i had the time to appreciate it at best, from the wonderfull buffet to the great gym( i suggest only to buy a Rack for squat and its super perfect!!!!) To the spa and pool ....the restaurant service in the design lobby ...where i could work till late night in a fantastic quiet mood......simply perfect!

Very beautiful hotel, with classy and minimalistic design. The view from our room was magnificent. Very clean, tasty food and the breakfast included everything one might wanted. Last but not least, (and the reason I am writing this post) is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I would like to thank them once more. We arrived late at night and they offered us a crib, for our 2month baby boy, free of charge, without a pre-order.
