Galway Bay Hotel

Very friendly staff. Spotless hotel. Easy check in and check out facilities. We felt at home from the minute we arrived with very easy check in by very friendly receptionist. Room was very spacious with lots of modern facets. Food was first class - both at breakfast time and also at evening meal we booked. Staff very friendly and attentive. My daughter really enjoyed the kids club that was available while we stayed there. We also found the swimming pool very child friendly with a pre booking option meaning it wasn’t too crowded. Pool was also very clean and nice warm water. Outdoor area a new addition and quite nice for a relaxing coffee. I recommend this hotel very highly for anyone intending a break in the Galway area.

We had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and we had a great view of the bay from out window. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is great as it sits right off the promenade which allows for easy walking into the main downtown area. The hotel offers several weekly events - we partook in the coffee tasting and the wine tasting and enjoyed them! The hotel itself is beautiful and has both beautiful outdoor and indoor areas to relax. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Wonderful stay! Really enjoyed my holiday there. The staff was friendly and provided great service. Laura at the front desk was wonderful and helped us booked a sightseeing tour. The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurants were good and food was delicious. Would love to come back.

We had a really nice stay at the Galway Bay Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely room with a great view of the Bay. Our breakfast overlooking the Salthill promenade was wonderful. The staff was courteous and very friendly. Bridie and Karolina in the dining room very attentive and professional. Their style of service was 100% spot in. We can't wait to come back.
