Good hotelLocated along the river, 4 km from the cathedral. It offer a free shuttle bus, many shops and restaurants all around. Comfortable room, mine had even a balcony, excellent breakfast buffet and modern fitness center

Warm RecommendationThe hotel was suitable because it was near the fair. Huge lobby, delicious food and spacious rooms. Taxi is immediately available and the employee is always at your service. It's a bad security system to get into the hotel.

Excellent Business HotelThis is a very nice business hotel. My hotel room faced the Muscova. The view was magnificent. The hotel is quite large and very well located. We were able to walk to the exhibition centre where I was to attend a conference. The Red Square wasn’t too far either. The room was spacious and the breakfast spread was quite large. Just one word of caution, the lobby had started undergoing some renovation.

FANTASTIC HOTEL!!!!!A fantastic hotel where you get value for your money! They have different rooms for different price pints but even the lowest price point is very nice. We came to Moscow for New Years to see how the other side celebrates this holiday and I have to say UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
I have seen many a beautiful New Years in New York, Toronto even Nazareth and Jerusalem but never anything like this.
The hotel was decorated beautifully with such a wonderful holiday feeling that even a blind man could see it.
Breakfast was outstanding offering very many food varieties for visitors that come from all over the world.
In short a wonderful hotel with helpful staff and a great time of the year. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

End of year family stayThe hotel entrance was not clear & we initially arrived in the club rooms entrance. Awaited a member of staff to take us to the correct desk, yet they never appeared.
The hotel is undergoing work & the lounge area is incredibly unhealthily dusty. Even thick dust is on the bar & tables. The click is beautiful & crows on the hour.
The rooms we had were lovely, with a good supply of toiletries & a bath.
Breakfast was expensive, though the range was good

Very Good StayCrowne plaza Moscow has very good location, it is very close to the red square and Kremlin.
The lobby area with all its facilities, bars, and restaurants is amazing, it gives a warm feeling of home and comfort! I really smile when I remember each moment.
I love Christmas decoration in addition to this funny rooster in the middle of the lobby announcing timing each one hour.
The personnel are really helpful and show empathy. Good to mention “iliya” at the bar, he is fantastic and went to the extra mile with his service.
Rooms are clean and have good amenities especially with minibar offering you free selection of tea, coffee, and some savouries.
The hotel is highly secured and has nothing to worry about.
If ever go back to Moscow, will definitely stay there.

very good choicewell.. it is very good hotel and i give it 4 star ... it need some things to be 5 star.
let me give my ovrall
1. the location is amazing.. you will be in the center of everything p)).
2.the prices are very good.
3. i like the stuff very much.. they are helpful and frindly.
4. i hate the air condition ... dosnt work in good way and so old.
5. i didnt like the spa.
6. the bar is very good.
7. night club is amazing but the shisha man rise the price on me in one of my visits and he ask 60 insted of 20 and he bring a bill wrttin by his hand !! the other staff were amazing and i like them all.. even i forgot to pay in one times and gone to casino and they rememberd me gently.
6.the casino is the better one in minsk, but the slots are so old like all casinos in minsk and i dont know why.
7.reception is a 5 star.
8.the resturant is amazing.
in my next visit i think ill choos this hotel for another time.

Гостиница находится в Центре Международной Торговли, рядом с Экспоцентром, что очень удобно, т.к. я приезжал на выставку. Так же близко добираться до центра на автомобиле. Заселились быстро, спасибо ребятам с ресепшн. Номер чистый и уютный, хоть и не большой. В здании несколько ресторанов.Мы посещали ресторан Гриль.
Утром были на завтраке - шведский стол. Вкусная еда и отзывчивый персонал.
Вечером после выставки так же ходили в Гриль. Вечером работает как стандартный ресторан, заказы по меню. Очень понравилось мясо и рыба на гриле. Официанты вежливые и гостеприимные. Рассказали о блюдах и посоветовали с выбором. Все было супер! Спасибо!

After the absence of travelling, I finally returned 2021 to Crowne Plaza. Incredible that waiter Tatiana and her colleagues recognized me after 2 years not being there. I cannot describe how it feels to be recognized among 1000s of guests they take care of with all due diligence every day. I miss the piano player but of course I understand that cost had to be cut but hopefully we will be back at that level. It was also good to see that you maintained the hotel during Covid... Театр начинается с вешалки, а отель с входной группы. Там, где в других 5* помогают войти, вежливо просят надеть маску, предлагают донести вещи, тут играют в аэропорт. Меры безопасности - это хорошо, конечно, но есть сомнения в качестве реализации, поскольку один-единственный человек на входе не сможет ничего предотвратить, а впечатление от релакса испортит.Лобби эффектно выглядит. Номер, в общем-то тоже нормальный: диван, кресла чистенькие, всё остальное тоже. Кровать понравилась, выспалась. Ванна даже для моих 159см коротковата. И само помещение санузла на удивление маленькое. Не на 5*.
Номера с видом на внутренний двор - нуууу, нет. Вида никакого.
Утром уехала по делам, вечером вернулась за машиной - сразу танцы с бубном - мы частная контора, у нас даже для инвалидов всего два часа бесплатно. Ну, разъяснила (надеюсь) законодательство и уехала в итоге. Несолидно как-то для зарубежной пятерки разводить на ровном месте.
В целом, неплохо, но Мариотт лучше
