My new favorite hotel in Stockholm.
I absolutely loved to stay at Nobis.
Initially I choosed it because of the perfect city centre location and the fact that its affiliated with SPG ( Starwood Hotelgroup ).
Already arriving at the hotel, we received help with our bags from the doorman, then very nicely greeted at check in. Check in was efficient and with nice small talk that made us feel very welcome. The room we received was very nice decorated and had everything one could want. It was so fresh and nice, and the bed was great to sleep in, really comfortable. During our 2 night stay all staff was smiling and friendly,
Breakfast was downstairs in a nice restaurant and with good variation. Loved the cheese omelets :-)
I strongly recommend this hotel, both for superb quality but also because the staff is so friendly and helpful.

A Place you don’t want to leave
Staying at the Nobis, makes you feel at home and relaxed. The impressive lounge with its 29meter ceiling height is cozy and great place to chill out. They have lots of cool books to leaf thru. A DJ sets the atmosphere right at night.
Was too tired to go anywhere the last night. Ended up eating at the restaurant on the first floor. Easy and laid back with good food. Lots of good wines to choose from.
Service all over is professional and always available.

Great Location, super friendly staff, spacious rooms yet some weak spots
Spending a 5 day family vacation here and the hotel has a lot in its favor: the location is super convenient for the main tourist attractions and shopping; the staff is generally super friendly and responsive and the concierge James is an endless resource. The rooms are modern, spacious and have super generous bathrooms.

Why then no 4 star rating: the elevator situation is the achilles! More than once we waited close to 10 mins and when we got in and were 6 people we reached supposedly the weight limit. In a hotel of this caliber, one would expect a better elevator situation.

If you come as a work out enthusiast, the Nobis is not your go to place either. A bare bone small gym which seems more like a an afterthought and the coed sauna area does not have changing rooms.

New Years was also a disappointment: we found an invitation to the lounge for a New Years event in the lounge which was supposedly running “from 5 pm til late” yet when getting there at 1130 pm I.e. 1/2 before midnignt the lounge was closed ... even before the New Year had begun ... no rime and reason here!

So overall a nice, reliable place in great location yet with areas that deem some improvement!

Hotel with a history and beautiful architecture
It was interesting experience when you know the history behind the place and architecture of the hotel. Good and clean bathroom with quality amenities. Tried fitness center which has everything you need when you want to stretch and some training sessions while you are on the move. Beautiful lounge where one can sit and enjoy some drinks. Like the discreet entrance of the hotel which made me feel that I stayed a home not a commercialized overnight place. Great location which makes it easier to travel place like The Gamla Stan and shopping streets. The bed was too soft for us. It would be nicer if the quality of the bed can be improved.

Perfect hotel in Stockholm
I spent one week in this hotel for work and it was a perfect stay.
The location is wonderful walking distance to restaurants and stores. Acne store is next door!
The breakfast buffet was deliciously
Staff always helpful with restaurant and taxi bookings.
The sauna and steam rooms are very small.

The only thing to improve would be the lighting in the rooms which are very dark. You don’t see much.

And just a little disappointment as 2 people from the group had their birthday during our stay and there was no special attention for them

Fantastic Service & Location
Good deeds deserve a mention dont they - when the airline (Garuda) lost my bag yesterday with all cold weather stuff in it, check in staff kindly included breakfast for me this morning, and this morning reception kindly moved other guests checking in so I could keep the room til 4pm when my bag hopefully turns up. (Garuda/ KLM have located it and also have been good service so far).
The hotel is in a great location, facilities are perfect for either business or pleasure, has a great vibe to the hotel, breakfast was amazing and the feel of the hotel is fairly typical understated quality/ luxury. Far better than a standard similar priced 'business' hotel. This feels like being in a large luxury home. Definitely recommended for any type of traveller. I dont know how close to the tube/ train it is but for exploring old town etc this is perfect.

Great Hotel in Stockholm
We stayed here for two nights and had a very good experience. This hotel, a Marriott family hotel, is situated within walking distance of the Old Town area. The room we stayed in was really nicely appointed and very clean. The staff was extremely friendy and helpful (in particular Jonathon). The lobby and lounges are very nice. Breakfast was also included with our stay and it was wonderful. Highly recommended.

TOP HOTEL
Staying in Nobis hotel was one of the best experiences during our first visit to Stockholm. Beautiful building like from a fairytale, very welcoming staff, cosy room with fantastic amenities. What a breakfast - everything is so fresh and delicious, wonderful coffee. Due to Nobel prize week we couldn't find a restaurant and luckily came back to hotel's restaurant NOI. The food was soo good, that we wanted to come back the next day, but it was closed for Sunday (and Monday).
So we enjoyed the local bistro which is amazing as well.
Next trip to Stockholm definitely to Nobis!

I come to Stockholm often and previously I stayed in different hotels. This time I decided to give this hotel a try and I am never going back! Fantastic staff, great atmosphere, clean and sexy rooms with modern decorations and above all nice sleep. The range of restaurants, bars and 24/7 gym and spa facilities are simply more what anyone could ask for from a five star hotel. Simply the best, love my experience and I am coming back for sure

Prior to arriving I already found the hotel very helpful in dealing with a couple of questions I had about the area (where to book a NYE meal) and dealing with a surprise for my girlfriend (pre-ordering a bottle of bubbly to the room).

Arriving at the hotel was easy; luckily our room was early a few hours early so we checked in early. Details about the hotel was explained to us and then our key-cards given.

Our room was lovely; spacious, a great view of the park and local area outside, with a generous bathroom. It was a shame there was no kettle or coffee making facilities - this seemed reserved for the upgraded room. Such a small feature would have gone a long way.

The breakfasts each morning were lovely; high quality ingredients with good choice. There was with breakfast a great selection of juices, and each morning we were showing quickly to a table.

A could of other notes for improvement though... we tried ordering room service whilst having an allergen and in the end didn't order. Asking if one dish could be done without dairy we were told it wasp remade and just warmed up so couldn't; and then asking for pasta, sauce and chicken, again told this couldn't be accommodated. It's a shame as for a 5* hotel we thought they could help.

However, the hotel was lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

A tip too: there are two lifts, as well as the main one in the lobby there's a left along the circular staircase more 'into' the hotel. We never found a wait for that lift, whilst often having to wait for the small main lift

My family spent 7 nights at Nobis and it was a very memorable and excellent stay. The hotel is outstanding and our deluxe room was large and nicely furnished. We ordered room service several times. The breakfast was great and dinner from Bino located within the hotel was outstanding! Bino must be one of the top restaurants in the city. Everything we tried was excellent. The gold bar is a great place for a drink. However the hospitality from the staff really sets Nobis apart. Several different employees offered to help us carry our baby stroller up and down steps, helped with our luggage, and helped us to extend our stay on short notice. Then location is also excellent and makes any part of the city easily walkable. This is truly an outstanding hotel from top to bottom and I would not stay anywhere else in Stockholm! You won’t be disappointed

I had an amazing two night reservation at hotel nobis that’s situated in the heart of the city centre. From the receptionist’s to the cleaners, all of whom are absolutely one of the most welcoming, friendly and reliable staff I’ve come across. Interior is beautiful and rooms are spacious with everything you need; minibar, iron, earplugs, shoe polish etc. The high end toiletries leaves a nice touch to your bathroom experience as well. Breakfast was perfect. I wish to give this 5 stars but unfortunately I was kept up with the sound of club music below on the street somewhere on a Thursday night that left me irritated and tired for my trip the following morning at 5am. I called reception and they were very sympathetic and offered me a new room that’s quieter. Overall fantastic place, I would highly recommend, I just hope management do something about the surrounding noises.

The concierge is simply fantastic and helped make the trip. Their suggestions were phenomenal and they always offered to assist. If I return to Stockholm, I would stay here again for the service alone!

Upsides: Nice breakfast buffet, good location.
Downsides: Definitely not up to a 5-star standard. No room service one of the days, coffee machine was missing in our room, used the same cups and glasses for the whole stay of 4 days as those weren’t exchanged, pricelist for minibar missing, music blasting in the courtyard from afternoon to 22:00/22:30 so no relaxation, no towels in the sauna.

+ Nice breakfast, especially plus for opportunity to order other kinds of coffee than only brewed ones.
+ Byredo products available in bathroom
+ Sewing kit, toothbrush etc available
+ Very friendly staff at the breakfast
+ Location
+ Room service. The ordered stuff was served beautifully.
+ The bathroom had heated floor.
- Not that comfortable bed
- Communication with hotel via mejl not smooth enough. It could go several days before answer and not clear communication.
- The hotel took 2000 sek as pre-charge (in addition to the hotel fee) that would be returned several days later. This came as a bit of chock as it was not pre announced. Also, other hotels only take credit card details instead of pre-charging.
We had our window to inner part of the building. We could hear the music from this part until it was turned off at 11 pm. Okay for us that slept after that time.
The hotel was nice, but the room did not feel as exclusive. I had better experience at nobis other hotel, miss clara, 4-starred one, better than this.
The room that was 20 m² didn't feel as big as the bathroom occupied much of the area.
