Incredible! Me and 2 friends stayed here for 4 nights and was one of the best Hotels I have stay so far. All the staff make our days such a nice experience, they were really polite and helpful, the hotel is sort of Victorian style, very cozy and clean, and the rooms quite nice, if you have the opportunity get the ones with the balcony, waking up with that view is something else. Totally recommend and hopefully will be back.

The location of this hotel is great. Just in the middle of the old town of Chania, and on the old harbor. The staff is super nice, and makes your stay really fun. The breakfast are a must. They will serve it to you either to your room (if you got a balcony) or to the balcony on the entrance of the hotel. Each breakfast is slightly different, and diverse. The Hotel looks nice, "boutique". I gave the hotel 4/5, but I would give it 9/10, and the only reason it's not 10/10 is because the beds are not comfortable. Highly recommended.

Lovely little B&B in the old town of Chania with waterfront balcony rooms and a very friendly staff! Really quiet and nicely redone rooms offer a great way to view the city center, or just stay all day on the balcony and watch people go by. Room 105 was ideal, and the hotel offered an excellent breakfast which they brought out to the private balcony.

The hotel is located in the old town of Chania, front view of the ancient venitian harbor. No access by car, because you are in a restricted traffic area: access permitted in between 7am to 9am. You have plenty of parking (month of June) within walking distance. If you have a lot of luggage....never mind: just a call to the hotel and Armando will arrive with his trolley cart and he will take care of you. Follow him on the pathway beside the water 's edge and take notice of all the restaurants lined on the waterfront for your next meal. No elevator and at least two staircases to reach your room....and Armando will help you with your valises. Arriving at the hotel close your eyes at the entrance and open them up in your room: you will believe you are in some fancy, romantic and cozy hotel behind Ponte Rialto in Venice...but you still are in old Chania. At your arrival you'll be greeted with welcome cookies and beverages. The rooms are well equipped, very quiet and a nice view of the old town or the ancient venitian harbor. The best view is from the Belmondo room: you'll find a large terrace overlooking the sea: you'll have a full view of the ancient venitian harbor, the lightower and the waterfront. In the morning you will be pampered with a tasty and bountiful breakfast served on your terrace. No restaurant at the hotel but this is not a problem: plenty of choice in old Chania.
