Grand Hotel Saint Lucia

If you’re looking for a delightful hotel that is comfortable, gracious, excellent value and totally accommodating, this is the place. All staff incredibly kind and helpful. I wish there were hotels like this everywhere.

With its spacious, luxurious rooms and views over the Bay of Naples, the Grand Hotel Santa Lucia is well situated for exploring both Napoli's waterfront and the lively Santa Lucia quarter. The striking Castel dell'Ovo sits across the street, and many of the city's landmark destinations are within easy walking distance. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel's friendly, helpful staff is superb!

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Santa Lucia on our way home from Capri on the 10th of October, 2021. We only stayed one night, but we wished we stayed longer. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and was a throwback to an era before boutique hotels when hotels were more stately. It was in a good section right across the street from the Port of Naples. The staff were awesome and helped us with everything from getting a car service at 4am to getting us back from the Capri ferry. They even helped us at night with some Covid docs. All very friendly and I wish I caught their names. We will be back to Capri, which means we will definitely stay here again as well on our way back. Highly recommended.

Clean and modern hotel. Good breakfast. Clean modern rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. Great location which felt safe at night (that’s a big call for Naples!), about 10 minutes to the palace. We were also lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a junior suite when checking in, which was a nice bonus.
