On an unplanned trip to Bordeaux The love of my life and I visited  to see the lovely city. Wow this is not the rents, it is a good price for a hotel and it has lovely views. I am speaking from our room of course and it had a lovely views of the city. We opened up the large windows drink bottles of wine and looked at the views of the city in the street before going out to dinner and seeing the city in the evening. The room was nice considering the price, it was roomy so the bathroom was small it was enough as we were not in it very much. The concierge let us to some lovely restaurants in our favorite was La Tupina which is renowned for being a top-notch restaurant and they even made sure that we had reservations and a perfect table. I would go as far as to say it was the best in the house. This was a very memorable visit and we would go back to the hotel again.

Very nice hotel. I book directly by their website therefore I cannot write the review in Hotels.com or others. The concierges don’t speak much English but the location of the hotel is perfect, also the rooms are clean and very big windows. Rooms are very quiet…when the windows are closed is like nothing around you. I asked a couple of empty glass of wine for have a late dinner at the room and they bring a full set of glasses, wine opener, peanuts, plates, knife, etc. highly recommended.

Four-star hotel, barely, but does a decent job of keeping up appearances. Our room had a tiny WC-closet with paper-thin walls, and the bathroom had a disaster of a hairdryer. I recommend using the AC rather than opening the windows out to the street. Great breakfast, and friendly service. At night you may have to call the bell a few times before being let inside.

Grand old hotel in the centre of Bordeaux. Some of the rooms have great views from the large French doors / balconies. Not inexpensive, but fantastic for getting to the sights, sounds (and eats!) of the city centre. Staff courteous, friendly and helpful.
