Hotel Carrís Porto Ribeira-Porto

This is a find!  What a great hotel with excellent, attentive staff in a perfect location for exploring Porto.  The hotel is located in the 'old town' a street or two back from the river and the ideal base from which to explore.  The hotel itself is grand looking and the public spaces are tastefully decorated.  We had a superior room which was and had a balcony that had a view of the river. Breakfast was fantastic!  Staff were excellent and very helpful.  I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with attentive & helpful staff at a perfect Porto location in the historic 'old town'. I felt like i hit the jackpot when I checked in. The hotel is grand and tastefully decorated. My room was a spacious superior room with a balcony and a view into the main street. All the attractions were in walking distance (uphill mostly) from the hotel which was great as i rarely used public transport during my time in Port. The staff were wonderful and helpful and above all, I thought the hotel was exceptional value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful hotel!! The location of hotel and convenience of its location is just top notch!! In the middle of everything whilst being very quiet for a good night’s sleep! Furthermore the hotel staff is very attentive and Mr Miguel and Ms Ines has been extremely helpful, they sort out any issue guest might have, quickly and efficiently. I have no doubt this is the hotel i would come back to when I visit Porto again.

Nice and trendy hotel nearby the river - ideally located with a decent number of restaurants all around. Clean and modern room, nice restaurant room downstairs with excellent choice of food. No issues when checking in/out, young, english-speaking and helping staff. A great stay.
