Quite nice, very nice and easy going service! Tiny little room but was sufficient for sleeping purposes. Very good location. Quiet. Had an early trip leaving before the breakfast service, was hoping to get a packed breakfast to go but I didn't. Otherwise, nice.

Good value for your money. Clean and central. Close to the ferries.  The best thing is the kindness, courtesy and professionalism of the staff at the front desk. The worst is the size of the single bed (very single very small!!!) and the mattress are not the best.

Excellent position in the city. Super friendly staff. The permission of early check-in has been very kind. Despite of the Budget Double Room,  it is small but enough for a short accommodation. Heating and heat water are good. The shower cabin is a little bit narrow but usuable. A kettle with tea, coffee is in the room. Breakfast is reach and delicious. During the day free coffee and tea with some cakes are in the lobby. The kind receptionist girl offered and prapared for us some sandwiches because of our very early check-out. Recommend,  recommend, recommend!

Small, dated, weird layouts, but warm at least and the breakfast is passable. It's not a good hotel, but it's a bed for a night if you have no other options, because when we booked this wasn't respectively cheaper than some better reviewed hotels within Tromso central.
