Amaizing
I really was amazied by this lively experience. As you know, new hotel and you want to enjoy your vacation after being exhausting by work and life and you want the perfect time including all the details. This hotel had made it for me. I love Rome soo much but with first time hotel I was a little bit concerned but thanks God it was out of my expectations. The room looked a brand new like no one had stayed before. The bed "ohhh my God " such sweet dreams very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. Also, the most important thing about any hotel is the staff. I do not want to mention names because I am afraid not to mention everyone. I can say that everyone from door to the reception the concerge, the restaurants and the housekeeping very professional and sweet with wonderful smiles and ready to help. I have to mention also that the location of the hotel is in the center of many shopping stores and variety of restaurants whether you are vegetarian, vegan or like meat suitable for everyone. I really enjoyed walking around the area and getting lost in the street even and night with the beautiful lights all around. Very safe area all the time. Finally, I hope to get the chance to come back again

Very good in central Rome!
Aleph is a very good small hotel. Maybe only 60 rooms or so, but has everything you need, and all recently updated. Our rooms were adjacent, as reserved, and very well appointed. The linens and bathroom amenities all first class. The staff is really terrific. In particular, David and Christian at the concierge desk were really helpful. David even pulled off getting us into Rome’s only Michelin 3-star, La Pergola, our last night. I used the spa for a massage, steam and manicure. All good. The fitness center is small but adequate. The lobby is very nice, albeit glaringly bright/white (they could subdue it a bit, and add some more distinctive - and darker - furniture in the main lobby sitting area). But, only minor points to an otherwise really good place to stay, whether with family or on business. The location is also terrific, just off he Via Venito. I would stay here again, for sure.

Best hotel in Rome
Well - I don't know what other hotels are like in Rome, but the Aleph Rome Hotel was one of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed at. A++ staff from the minute we got there until the time we left. The front desk was extra friendly and accommodating. The bar staff was top notch. The breakfast staff was AMAZING. Every morning they started our day off with a smile and some delicious food. Oh I miss the waffles already. The room was so spacious and super clean. The doormen were always there to greet us coming or going. And a perfect location! TOP NOTCH hotel all around! We will be back! THANK YOU!

Exceptional
From the moment we arrived and through to our departure 3 days later, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was truly amazing and one of new favorite hotels. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were also very warmly greeted with smiles when we would arrive or leave. I love the door men’s uniforms. Every time we needed a taxi, they promptly would call for one for us, and help with our questions. The decor throughout the hotel is so beautiful and taste fully decorated. We loved our room, it was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The bed was also comfortable. I could not always figure out the buttons for the lights, but that is user error. The breakfast buffet offered many wonderful and tasty choices. A must to try is the hot chocolate! The bar is also a must stop - we loved having terrific pre or post drinks that Paolo would create for us. The location is ideal - since it is on a quiet street and not a long walk from the Spanish Steps. Also - taking a taxi to sites in Rome is not expensive - we found our rate would run 8-10 euros for when we needed to get to the Vatican for an early morning tour. The pool and bar area was closed due to the cold weather. We were able to use and enjoy the spa amenities- which were well needed and welcome after a long and cold day of walking in the city. We cannot wait to go back and spend more time at this amazing hotel.

Great Location, Great Staff
Stayed here for 3 nights after our Viking cruise and loved it. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many of Rome's best sites. The room was small by American standards, but was absolutely beautiful and functional. We had a room by the elevator and the rooms are so well constructed we didn't notice any elevator noises, only a little bit of traffic noise. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
We're planning on returning to Rome in 2 years and will definitely stay here again.

Great cozy hotel
Amazing staff all round.
Luxurious spacious rooms.
Spacious bathroom with amazing toiletries.Sadly not replaced daily.
Limited breakfast menu but obliging staff were accommodating & creative to meet our needs.
Unfortunately no views. All Windows open into a common centre well.
Stayed 3 nights but Turn down service only on 1st night.
Concierge staff were all knowledgeable with sights & related information.
In room dining was disappointing.Extremely small menu.
In room Bar- Fully stocked, is initially Free.
Although a few adjustments would be appreciated, I would definitely return & recommend this property.
By far the best Hilton I’ve stayed at in Europe.

The friendliest hotel ever
The hotel is awesome. It is still very fresh after renovations, rooms are clean, ceilings are high, beds are comfortable, air conditioning is working quiet and smooth. We did not hear any disturbing noise in the hotel. There were few little things that did not work in the room: electronic lock sometimes was making noise and the bathroom heater did not switch on. Yet all these things were easily forgotten after meeting great members of staff. Literally everyone was exemplary in terms of friendliness and desire to help us with every small need we had. This includes front desk (meeting and greeting was absolutely fantastic), restaurant staff (genuine smile and lots of surprises on the house), concierge and the doormen - all were the best examples of how hotel staff can and should make guests happy. We shall remember our visit as one of the best (if not the best) hotel stay out of very many we had. We would like to come back if life allows. Yes the prices are steep but well deserved.

Beautiful hotel, high class service
Loved the Aleph Rome Hotel. Great location, beautifully restored, excellent service all around, from the front desk to the concierge to the cleaning staff. Paolo at the bar was wonderful. We went there every day before going to dinner and never left disappointed in the wine or the service. They had very good small plates that were different every day. We walked back from our tours of both the Colosseum and the Vatican and enjoyed the proximity to the Spanish Steps, which we went to several times. It was a great way to end the two weeks in Italy by staying five nights at the Aleph Rome Hotel.

Very nice hotel
The hotel is really nice, nice entrance, lobby... You feel like being VIP, when you step in and the doorman comes and open the doors for you. The room was very nice... I judge the hotel by its bathroom amenities (as not all hotels does provide conditionner), but here we go, one more point with the conditionner. Marta accompanied us to our room explaining how everything works, ac, minibar etc... She was really kind and helpful. The hotel is well located, 2 steps away from Piazza Barberini, so not far away from Piazza Spagna. I recommend it.

Best Hotel in Rome!
My husband and I stayed at the Aleph Rome Hotel by Hilton in April and had such an Amazing time we had to return for another visit in November. This hotel should be a 6 ⭐️ star rating. We were treated like royalty again and had Excellent Customer Service from everyone in the hotel. The exceptional service starts with the doorman greeting hotel guests at the curb before even entering into the hotel and not allowing any guest to carry any luggage into hotel. In less than 5 minutes following check-in at the front desk your bags are delivered to your room.

Paolo the bartender in the Onyx Lobby Lounge makes everyone feel comfortable & serves the best “old fashioned” I have EVER tasted!

Hanen at the Concierge Desk makes you feel like a long time friend by being so friendly and taking care of any requests guests have.

Breakfast served in the 1920’s Restaurant is delicious and worth checking out. Mario’s breakfast crew including Danielle, Valentina, Silvana & Andrea are all Amazing servers in the 1920’s Restaurant. They all pay exceptional attention to detail making every breakfast wonderful. They all remembered my husband and I from our previous stay making us feel very special.

I highly recommend enjoying the spa downstairs in the hotel. Elena does an Amazing job touring the spa, thoroughly explains the different spa treatments available and gives great explanations on the Elemis product line.

Rossella & Marta at the front desk are friendly and very accommodating. They were able to give my husband and I an upgraded suite due to our status of Hilton Dimond members. The suite was huge and very comfortable.

Thanksgiving dinner in the Sky Blu Rooftop Restaurant was the best Turkey dinner I have ever had while being away from home. Lucio the manager of the Sky Blu Restaurant made our last dinner in Rome memorable and took exceptional care of us. We have dined at this restaurant many times and the quality of food is some of the best food we have ever tasted. Their chefs are talented.

Mario, one of the hotel managers, took great care of us again during our hotel stay always checking in with us wherever we were in the hotel and making sure we were taken care of. One night my husband and I were in the Onyx Lobby Lounge for dinner because the Sky Blu Rooftop Restaurant was closed for a private event and I asked for a special pasta meal that was not on the bar menu and Mario made sure and had the chef make it for me special. Mario goes above and beyond for the hotel guests making their stays extra special and his efforts need to be recognized.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay & the exceptional staff at the Aleph Hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel because I know you will love your stay and like my husband & I want to come back again and be repeat guests.

Friendly helpful efficient staff, great location, amazing roof top restaurant comfortable rooms what more can a tourist in Rome ask for.? Construction work from a nearby building woke us up on our first day, however minutes after calling the reception we were upgraded to a suite on the other side of the hotel. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the service we received

My wife and I were there 11-8-21 to 11-11-21. What a fantastic property. We we’re treated so well from arrival to departure. The property is extremely nice and in a good location. You can walk to pretty much anything, or catch a taxi right down the street. The room was very very nice. Complete luxury. Breakfast was awesome. I highly recommend the breakfast. Mario and Valentina were such a pleasure to talk to and did a wonderful job each morning in morning. We hated to leave but thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our visit. Thank you to Carlo and all the front desk employees. Grazie!

Exceptional on every level! Starting with the doorman dressed in top hat and tails. You walk into the lobby and are immediately welcomed by a delightful staff. There is a large seating area that is gorgeous. In the center of the room a large round table is filled with a grand assortment of fresh cut flowers backed by a glass panel waterfall against the back wall. An array of semi-private seating areas surround the room backed by beautiful artwork on the walls. The rooms are spacious and unique as is expected of the Hilton Curio Collection. Our room came with a spacious outdoor balcony. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean at all times and an ever present and always diligent staff was there to assist with our every need . Their on site restaurant served a very high quality breakfast which is complimentary. There is also a cognac bar on the main level should you care to sit back and soak in the delight of your stay in Rome. My wife and I will be back to enjoy more of Rome and will definitely stay at Aleph Rome Hotel.

This place well exceeded our expectations! To begin with the service is beyond outstanding. Everyone you encounter is waiting to help you! We had an amazing experience in the hotel bar when we came back from dinner. The bartender was an artist with his cocktails!
The room and bed was very clean and comfortable! The bathroom and shower was wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was magnificent!! It even offered mimosas if you desired. This Hilton property is worth it, when you visit Rome!

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the very pleasant and professional service! The room was very clean and had a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good, but even better was the coffee - the guy looking after the breakfast service for sure has some cool barista skills (see pictures). We also enjoyed the Spa area (Hamam, Sauna and small pool/jacuzzi) located in the basement, which used to be the vault of a bank in the past (see picture). The only small downside, the main restaurant as well as the roof-top pool and bar were closed due to low occupancy/off-peak season/ pandemic, but no-one to blame, such is life!

I can't say enough good things about our stay. Mario and Valentina and their staff were excellent as we enjoyed our morning buffet everyday! I unfortunately cannot remember the name of our server for Easter lunch (which was also excellent) but he gave us recommendations for things not necessarily seen by most people on their trip to Rome. We would have missed the Michaelangelo statue of Moses had he not given us the location and directions. The rooms were amazing. We stayed in a suite with a huge terrace and a junior suite. Both were amazing, but the terrace was beyond! The entire staff and hotel made our stay such a positive experience. We will be back someday!
