Good, but could be great
Stayed from 6-10 December 2018.
As with most of Stockholm, the hotel is clean, and the lobby area was large and welcoming to chill out in during the day and evening.
I paid extra for a lake view room (superior room), which was worth it for the great view in the early morning and late night mist over looking the lake and seeing Stadhuset (City Hall) in all its beauty. Room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Would prefer the option of having a firm pillow and not one that you sink in to when you lay on it (i have found this to be a common issue in a lot of hotels).
I wasn't told at check in what the check out time would be, which i researched in the room to find out, but was offered a good breakfast deal for the 4 nights i was there.
Breakfast had a good selection of the usual options in the buffet. However, there was no clear omelette station, which i would have expected from a Sheraton hotel. Only on my last day, did i see a guest speak to the chef in charge of frying eggs to request an omelette, but this was not communicated to guests from what i could see, and the options were not given to the public.
Overall, the location of this hotel is fantastic, a 5 minute walk over the bridge to Gamla Stan (old town), water taxi station, local bus/coach station, and then further on to central city. Lots to explore, so make the most of it.
